Well they are wearing Steve Perry Motorsports t-shirts. It’s a jab at Joel’s former employer, Steve Petty Motorsports.
Either way, you can see several of the exhaust products he’s created and how similar they are to the previous companies he’s worked at/owned etc.

Yep, due to internal politics, it appears as if APR has registered another LLC in Germany on Dec 17th, 2014 and will be putting the current customer service tech guy, Victor, in Keith’s position.

guess this was the writing on the wall. Fire everyone expensive who has been around a while, and lean out the operation, just as we said they would 6 months ago when this story broke.
Shame to hear. Hopefully Keith can start posting on here again. Always found him to be a very knowledgeable and likeable guy.
I’m told that there are roughly 30 people left. 4 people gone in 2 weeks or roughly 10% of their workforce fired/left. Funny thing is that they just held a pep rally last week to improve employee morale…

I thought Keith was awesome.
My past readings of Keith post put him as a very stand up guy. Most of us here know how he took a beating when he honord the deal between APR and JHM when JHM tuned the APR supercharged RS4 and S5. The owner of APR was trying to say it never happened and Keith made sure to put the proper props in a marketing release.
I doubt Keith will post here. I saw his other posts on here and it was APR who I assume told Keith to stop posting. That was a bad idea because I thought Keith and his posts were helping APR. I would think Keith could make a few posts that could destroy what’s left of APR.
Ya sorry to hear about Keith. He’s always welcome to continue posting on here. He can even create a new account if he wants (or change his screen name).
Justin i though the same thing. When it was first announced that APR was bought, Arin ran like a little girl and Keith came over and was speaking to us. His sudden silence was without a doubt because of APR.
It is always unfortunate when someone loses there job and considering he was VP of APR I would say it must have been a significant blow… but all of you saying “sorry to hear about Keith” need a reality check.

The amount of “sorrys” I heard and “they told us X about you” is mind blowing. The levels that were stooped to would make most cringe. Reality is these threads are not going to stop the MK7 crowd and future B9 crowd as they simply are too young or just don’t know the drama associated with anything prior. After March 23rd I will be able to put a 16 month ordeal to bed and give a somewhat public glimpse as to what transpired.
p.s. Because you nice fine gentlemen are reading this and it is “unprofessional” to air out dirty laundry , how about I get my flashing credit (you know virtual money) + the interest on it for sitting in your account returned to me?

Many of the people here liked Keith Lucas…but because APR didn’t pay you for your flashes done for customers, Keith is bad?
If you have a specific concern about Keith, share it. If you think he has acted inappropriately or without integrity, share it. But posting these riddles and not being clear just doesn’t make sense. Facts do well on this site. Suggestion, innuendo and inference without substance to back it up does not do well.

In keeping with the theme of the thread , invite him here and have him explain the devious actions done to current/former APR dealers behind closed doors? Actions that are going to eventually come to light now that dealers are jumping ship. (Probably will not happen).
As said previously , when you were in the good books , you were praised . When you were deemed a “problem” , gloating / chastising you was going to be a common scenario. See David/Arin personal messages between each other for further proof on the gloating.

Incorrect. Flashing never took place!
APR does not pay dealers for flashes. In order to flash a vehicle you need to have flashing credit which is used up when you flash/burn an ECU.
i.e. you pay a lump some of X and when you reach to approx 20% of X , your credit card on file is automatically charged . If your credit card has declined then your account is temporarily suspended as outlined in the dealer agreement. Should you choose to not use a credit card as a form of payment then a request is sent to you to directly transfer X into there bank account. It creates incentive for dealers to cram ECU flashes down customer throats. No other software provider requires an amount as large as X , ever. Said X of ours is still sitting in a bank account somewhere. Keith@APR , whom once was considered “liked” had a hand in this considering he was VP at the time and personally disabled our UPD account when we had a disagreement over a situation that did not involve him and over a call that was not his to make.

As for your complaints, none of them have to do with Keith. Your last half paragraph is again vague as fuck, and from the sounds of it you’re trying to reach to make it Keith’s problem. As I said, if you have a specific concern, be specific. This forum has nothing to do with APR or anyone at APR. So you won’t get trod on for posting.
Maybe you’re not paying attention so let me help…but Keith has been in fucking England the last few years. How about you get your shit together and then come back to the thread. Maybe it will go better for you.
