TMP Dragstrip
I cross posted to Audizine…don’t hate me…but hoping to get some more crowd to make it more interesting. Had to name drop a little lol.
I’ll likely also stop by TMP tomorrow night October 16, either for laps or a couple passes in the C63 since I’ve never had it at the strip yet.

Anyone else yet? Like I said, seems a little weak considering there are so many guys here local. Was considering bringing a more special car to race jones, but probably won’t bother if it’s only a couple people meeting up.

How many more weekends do we have before every drag strip around here closes?
I wasn’t going to tune the S6 until the spring so would be great to get some stock runs.

seeing as how we drive around with seats in the car normally, keep your seats in teh car.
Take the random shit like spare tire etc out as most people do, but removing seast, removing exhaust, running slicks is retarded. That’s some ricer shit.
I’d be shocked if they were open today. Snowed a little, rained a little. and it’s frigging cold. Same goes for tomorrow. Cayuga tends to close at the drop of a hat the last few years. Really annoying.
Im going to try my hardest to make it but i don’t know if il be able too. I think my pressure plate blew but I could be wrong. My car has been sitting at the shop for close to 4 weeks. My mechanic is extremely busy and he needs to find a time where he could leave my car sitting on the hoist for a while because we have to diagnose the problem. Im pretty pissed. I think I’m going to come either way in my truck just to watch.

I would only be able to do Saturday, but since you guys are going Sunday I will skip as I don’t want to be there by myself.

Weather forecast is about the same with slightly more chance of rain on Saturday.
Failing that, anyone is up for closing the season on Halloween weekend?
Friday night and Sunday for me. Likely will have a set of slicks on the back of my car. Someone will be coming with a full monty S4, so it looks like there will be at least 3 players this weekend in the stage 2+ game…hopefully another record weekend for someone!

guys in order not get embarrassed this Sunday i went tonight to the Track to test a couple of things and the best time was 11.75 so i hope i can mirror that on Sunday.
