B8 Day @ Atco

Looks like some of the guys are trying to get something going at Atco at the end of this month. Figured it would be cool for some of the fastest B6/7 and B5 guys from here to join.

Did 91 buy a B8 S4? In any event, I wouldn’t want to see it turn into B6 vs. B8 etc. I’d like to see all the B8 guys focus on the 3 tunes that are available.

Would be good to see the GIAC/APR/REVO guys all line up and see what’s what. I find it hard to believe there isn’t an empty road somewhere guys could do pulls on. Somewhat disappointing that all the APR, REVO and GIAC superstars want to just flap their gums on websites, rather than doing some fucking pulls on video. Is this really that hard?

Our local Audi group had a few 4.2 S4s in it, and a couple of them were GIAC tuned. We had a couple of fun arguments about GIAC vs. JHM etc. It lasted 1 week till we were on the way to a get together

i was supposed to go do some pulls last night but the girlfriend was sick and i had some family issues to deal with, im always down for pulls but everyone directly around me has apr. id love to decimate so revo and giac cars ;D

I don’t mean you man. It’s hard to STOP you from doing pulls. ;D More the auditudes and whoever the GIAC guys are. They seem to jus ttalk talk talk.

Tell Auditude to ask his dad to lend him the car for a night and go race him. He made 387 whp and you only made 360 whp, so he should kill you. Right?

why dont we do this at e-town so it would be closer to primetime. he can access 80 much easier from there. atco is in the boonies

why not also get everyone to go on pump gas. although people will cheat because they’re retarded…but still. Pump gas FTW. let’s see what the cars can do real world…not in a ‘oh I’m feeling frisky so I’ll put some race gas in this week’…which is just about irrelevant to everyone on the forums (excluding primetime lol)

I’d much rather prefer e-town too. atco is like 30-40 minutes of driving in the boonies to get there. that part of jersey is like deliverance lol

Atco is a faster track though. E-town is notoriously slow, You’ll trap 3-4 mph faster at atco.

My iPad keeps correcting atco to taco lol

Hahaha. It’s not really in the boonies , it’s just the way you guys take to get there that makes it seem so. Either way just bring it up in the thread and see what everyone says. The dude driving from Ontario should be happy that he’ll save an hour. :o

Truth. Atco is at low elevation. Drag Times has it listed as 33’. On a cold ass February day it will probably be a wicked low DA.

I still think yuo’ll have some people running race gas or doing everything they can to cheat. Auditude is a great example of this.

ilspezzanave seems to think this is quarter mile contest, so he’s planning on running C16, but I thought the whole point was to see what tune is doing what?

The one variable you can control is the fuel…so it would be great to get everyone on the same 93 from the same place. Of course when a dozen B8 S4s start running 12.40-13.0 everyone’s going to freak out and cry lol.

really? i don’t see it in the vid. I had a dog at the time but she was never in that car I don’t believe. Very large rottwheiler back then. Now a black lab.
