I’m gonna take it in cuz I just don’t know. New ecus are 1500 which isn’t too horrible. But I’m gonna have them test all my crap for me. Water is a possibility but I can’t see it in there the unit is pretty well sealed.
are we no longer able to modify old posts? I can modify current ones but not old. lots of people asking me for the link to my build thread and supercharger install but it seems the link on page 7 doesn’t work and I cant modify my first post to contain the link for the sc install.
I noticed this a while ago with my DIY threads. If a post is over 120 days old then it can’t be edited. I wonder if God did that so the trolls can’t go back and delete what they post after they reach 150 posts since it would take soooooo long for them to reach 150 posts.
my mechanic figured it out!!! it was the component supply relay located right under the ecu. car is reving all the way to redline now and not showing any more codes except the 02 which is being replaced under warrantee… again. I’m hoping the o2 is just the last faulty one I get because I blelive this will be the 8th rear 02 sensor ive gone through this year.
Awesome, glad you have the car back up and healthy again. That number of O2’s going bad seems odd. Wonder if something else might be going on causing them to fail?
we need some footage of your car vs. mine and/or mistro’s to see the gaps between full exhaust vs. full bolt ons vs. stage 1 supercharger. Would be interesting.
He just said that looking at the codes it made him suspect the relay. Swapped it out and all codes were gone and have not come back. I asked if it looked wet and he said no it looked fine.
If we can get sparta to open one more time for us this year u know I’m in. I know it’s going up to like 13c this week but looks pretty damp.
