28psi daily driver on pump gas. It was 5 years ago, I really don’t remember everything else I had done. But it was pretty fast when it didn’t have a massive boost leak.

On a serious note, The B7 Does need some cool rear valances. The B7 A4 guys would buy it up.

If I had the mold done I could make one for around 5 bills. That’s not overly expensive?

Headliner. Not that I would sell them that cheap but I’d be lucky to have 300 tied up in materials if I already had the mold done.

How about a carbon roof panel for the exterior? It would be a full replacement piece. They make them for other cars, just not sure if there would be enough demand for it on the rs4.

I think RS4 guys are in the need for a very nice front lip and rear valence! I would be in for them when ready depending on price!

This is my favorite, I’m definitely going in this direction on the front lip.

Brian are you able to manufacture CF products with matte finish instead of classical gloss?
Btw great job on those setbacks! Hopefully you could roll this into streamlined production and bring more CF products(no matter how small or big) to B6/7 platforms.

I would have to spray with a matte finish after production. Now we are using duratec sun shield. It is applied in mold and allowed to dry before placing the dry fabric in the mold to infuse under vacuum with resin. It comes out as smooth and shiny as the mold finish. It’s not a big deal since once I sand the edges smooth it needs to be re cleared to be a finished part. The in mold clear just cuts down on the pin holes commonly associated with carbon fiber when it is painted or cleared over. The infusion process really helps with this also.

Would you do it in like 2 pieces? I don’t think it would fit into the car very well without doing that. I think $500 is a fair price for that. I am sure other A4 guys would be interested, as they get stuck with light colored headliners that get dirty stupid easy.

At work we pull windsheild to do a headliner. It would be the same case. Oh and thanks for busting my bubble earlier telling me my b6 exhaust wouldn’t fit on the rs4. I’m still waiting on my JHM catback. But I have my FI just sitting here…

Argon lip installed, I’ll take some time to really look at what I like and don’t like about it before I make one of my own. I thought this would be a good starting point and I hope I can sell it to cover my shipping buying the lip and bottle cover mold.

Hard to tell, but is it something to do with the passenger aux radiator shroud?
