Tuckerman Ravine on Mt Washington, NH… should be a fun day, gotta hike 3.6 miles through the snow for that few minutes of decent
Dang, that’s a hike! I’ve hiked for the Aspen Highlands Bowl several times (some really nice steeps there and good chutes but probably not 55% grade lol), which is about a 1000ft vertical rise from the top lift, but then you get about 2000+ of great skiing afterwards. No clue how long of a hike distance wise, but no where close to 3 miles!
I’ve done a lot more skiing than your average bloke “below the mason/dickson line” but not nearly as much as I’d like to. Being a ski bum/instructor has crossed my mind several times in life though lol, but I know it’s not nearly as glamorous as most think.

nice… I’ve only ever gone skiing twice out west, I dont think I could handle so much powder lol. Being an instructor would be cool, but I’m thinking of just moving right by a good big mtn and getting a season pass… hopefully I get the job in Ogden, powder mtn is apparently less then 10 miles away

Lol I love the guys enthusiasm, and as of now he has the fastest posted n/a 3.0 time… but the way he’s going about things is ridiculous. I do not get his mindset at all.
He actually sent me pics and info about it a few weeks ago before he posted it online, I thought it was RWD conversion at the time.

No he is making himself look bad, someone already ran a 15.3 stock in and they had a zero mods and had the safety of the quattro. The time slip is in the 3.0 1/4 mile thread.

Being an instructor is 180* opposite of what you think. Yet, it’s still free skiing/riding. And you get perks pretty much country wide.
