Tech notes from recent dealer visit…
Issue #1:

Filled refrigerant to 440 grams per factory specifications with 8ml oil with die.
Performed verification test drive, all vents stayed cold with A/C set to low.

Issue 2:

Verified clicking noise from behind dash & navigation screen.
Performed GFF, found fault for central falp motor, stuck or short to B+
Removed right instrument panel cover, removed glove box assembly.
Cleared fault, performed basic settings.
Upon inspection, found motor for center vent flap suck and clicking, due to internal damage to mechanism.
Removed motor, checked flap linkages for sticking. All linkages work as designed.
Replaced center vent flap motor, cleared faults, performed basic settings.
Vehicle working as designed. Reinstalled glove box and right instrument panel cover.
