In my honest opinion, as an engineer who has designed over a dozen production exhausts and also done countless hours of sound testing, that exhaust sounds like dog shit.
I could straight pipe an RS4 with an X and it would sound better, oh wait I have.
This whole ebwerks thing is comedy.
Hell even the awe system sounds better.

to me the RS4 is supposed to sound way different than the S4 and in most videos it does. This EBwerks exhaust just sounds like a german v8 to me. Nothing to exotic or spectacular.

Tubi isn’t bad though. Shape is decent, and I thought it was 2.5" diameter at least. Stock catback is 2.35". It’s the Capristo that is 2.25" which presents a bit of a restriction over stock. Both sound really neat though.
Here’s a stock RS4 and an Rs4 with the stock exhaust but with resonators removed and the ECS H-pipe welded in. Changes the sound quite a bit at idle and little revs for such a small mod. At WOT it’s not drastically different though.
Maybe if he drove smoother it wouldn’t be choppy distortion, just distortion. I would like to hear it in person to pass final judgement on how slapped together it is or isn’t.
I don’t think it’s slapped together (not literally, anyway). I think it looks welll made.
I’m also pretty sure it will sound decent. That video is just shit. It’s a couple of fucking kids standing on the side of a canyon road with a shitty point and shoot camera (or likely, their iPhone) filmiing a guy who is doing his best to kill someone on a public road. That’s kind of par for the course with these guys but hopefully the exhaust works. They have the right components. Good quality materials, reasonably good design although the X is kinda magnaflow boxy, and the bends at the end are crap. Proper diameter for the RS4 at 2.75". It will I’m sure be a decent choice.
Whether you want to support the company or not is another matter entirely.

I like the part where Ben the moron drives on the edge of traction around the bend, straddling the middle lane divider a full half a car width into the oncoming traffic’s lane on a completely blind turn.

“fly bys” on a mountain road like that certainly isnt the best way to show off the sound of your newly developed exhaust either. Honestly nothing this company does comes across as professional in any way… never have I seen anything like it

There is another very short vid on FB. Denis Silva or a similar name (guy owns a yellow RS) must have installed the EB exhaust. Ben I assume, is driving a car and recording the yellow RS drive by on a highway.
