I check yelp for restaurants, I check audi forums for audi repair shop information. He stated and proved that they “screwed up” multiple cars, so the title seems fitting.
What’s curious is why you are so upset about this. It’s a public forum every bit as much as yelp. Your argument makes no sense.

Well…I’m new on here and I only see one person’s complaint about this particular shop and it’s unfortunately the first thing I see…Not sticking up for the shop because they aren’t the people I deal with…but once again, like I said twice already, won’t refrain from a third - NOT tasteful esp if you get a refund.

Maybe you missed the part where they made multiple fuckups on multiple cars connected to the OP. Thus the thread. It wasn’t ‘screwing up one car’. It was ‘one car at a time’.

If your in business long enough there can be mistakes along the way. Most mistakes can be learning curves. A business will experience growing pains and those things can show room for improvement.
This thread is open for positive reviews and experience. We just have more people currently exposing some very big flaws.

There is a huge difference between making an honest mistake during a job, and not completing the job the customer paid for, but still charging him full price, and making no mention of it when you return the car to him.
Situation number one is an honest mistake. And when it happens you get a chance to redeem yourself.
Situation number two amounts to willful deception and theft. And when you get caught, you don’t just give the money back and walk away scott free.
This is a clear case of situation number two.
So, are you saying that because Elite gave the guy back the money for a job that they never did properly, that he shouldnt be allowed to tell others about his experience? That’s not how it works. If they wanted to buy his silence, they should have given him a lot more. LOL. All they did was refund him for something that they never should have charged for in the first place.
To Elite: If you try and steal and get caught, don’t act like a cry baby when people talk about it all over the web. Stop ripping people off and concentrate on rebuilding your reputation.

You entitled to your opinion although I don’t agree with anything you said. This issue was brought up again at the request of a few people here and my experience. If this was an isolated event, then MAYBE I could see your point.
3 different customers has issues with them. That I personally know. So I shared them. And if Elite wanted to buy my silence they could. Feel free to PM me with a nice price. They didn’t make it right. I still had to go fix this issue. I had to get someone to cut the exhaust, clean the BS weld they made and then have it re welded. That cost me time and money (that Elite didn’t pay for btw). They refunded me money for doing a job that they didn’t do. Sorry if you don’t like posting my bad experience.
Also in your first post you said you thought this shop was for AUDI owners. It is for AUDI owners. I am and Audi owner who had a bad experience at a shop and was sharing. That’s what forums are for. Sharing experiences. I don’t know who the hell uses Yelp for reviews on a high performance shop. I sure don’t. I tend to look at vendors on forums.
Feel free to stick around but you should realize that this place is for people who seek the truth. And often most people just cant handle the truth. You seem like someone who literally made an account on here just to stick up for Elite. You don’t post any credentials, intro, car…nothing. Feel free to elaborate a little more about yourself so you don’t like a someone who made an account just to troll. Or…did you?
