Beautiful example of a local B7 s4, it was purchased new at Glenmore audi in 2006. She has a 4.2L v8 (340hp) with 93xxx km’s. The car is still under full warranty until the end of april 2012. It will be going in for a final inspection to have anything replaced that needs to be before warranty ends.

I have owned this car for a year and have had ZERO issues with it, and have been extremely diligent maintenance wise. Also the 115,000km service is covered under audi care ($2000 service). It is fully loaded with navigation (navi disc has been updated)

The new owner will receive a car that they will have absolutely NOTHING to worry about aside from oil changes…

No I’ve only had it for about 10 months… and dumped a PILE of cash into it expecting to keep it long term!

I have to make the rational decision to sell so I can get into the housing market… its time to grow up, for now… Not looking forward to driving a beater for the next couple years :frowning:

if it’s anywhere near that it’s more than I got for my 2007 6 months ago (although I had more kms and am in Ontario…ALberta market trades at about an 11% premium to Ontario cars for some reason)

I know how you feel. I like the B6s a lot (personal prefs) and mine’s running strong (no jinx). But temper this with some pretty aggressive depreciation and I’m kind of at an inflection point; sell now while it still has some value or drive it into the ground?

I’ve mostly decided to just drive it for a while more. When it’s time for a new DD for me I’ll pick up a B8 S4, S5 or whatever and may even just keep the S4. Its got a lot of charisma and, as we’ve seen of late, reasonable potential for a toy.

If you’re going to switch, sell now. If not then commit. Cost to change cars always costs money. I’m taking the view that when I want a new car, I’ll get a supercharger or headers or something or timing system service.

Damn, just realized that’s 93000km, not miles.

Yea I thought the price was high, but always try and see what ya can get.

I feel like in the last year or so the depreciation has finally caught up with the B7. For a while it was holding strong as the newer looks still seemed very fresh and demanded a strong premium. But now that time has gone by and more models out, the B7 is starting to depreciate a good bit faster. Watching your car depreciate b/c of age and nothing else is always a discouraging factor lol.
