Nothing will ever beat the Len Mattiace. Ever. I don’t think most people have seen his presser after he blew it, but he full on sobbed and cried. It was more incredible than Spieth doing a Jeff Maggert on Golden Bell.
oh, and I have to say…when Augusta plays tough, we get a shitty masters. When it plays easy, we get exciting tournaments and great winners
Scott, Watson, Spieth, Mickelson, Woods…when the course gets beat up, the best in teh world win
Weir, Johnson, Immelman, Willett…the 4 winners of the highest scoring Masters in the past 20 years (-7, +1, -7, -5). The year Weird won it was a battle between Weir, Jeff Maggert and Len Mattiace. Nuff said lol.
he wasn’t crying. He just asked them not to be right in his face.
it was a super wide lens camera, and although he looked like he was a comfortable distance away from him, he was only about 3-4 feet from Spieth. Looked far in the shot, but it was very much in his space.
