Hey Guys!

Hey everyone, nice to see another forum up… This seems like a forum I can get to like… Seems like people here share some of my thoughts and feelings… I hope to help out here and share my experience with my car, and learn stuff from you guys as well… Also, I think we’ll be able to share some laughs at others expense as well… lol… Just wanted to say Hey, and thank you guys for the kind words in the JHM thread and the invite… Anybody feel free to ask me questions, openly, in private message or whatever, I’m always glad to help out and share my info, especially with those out there racing their cars… ;D

Justin

Glad to have you on board! I thoroughly enjoyed some of your posts on AZ

Glad to have ya here, and I’ve cracked up at some of your responses in other threads. You’ve never denied who you are, and while some people view you as an asshole, some times you need to be that person to get your point across to thick headed people, so keep truckin! But I don’t want ya to get booted from AZ either, b/c before too long, there won’t be anyone left to point out the basic facts and everyone will side with MS paint graphs. Those mods on AZ are ridiculous, you’d think half of them get paid from advertisers themselves.

Awesome to have you here, I have to agree with both meistah and maddog I do enjoy reading your posts.

Now for a couple of questions have you got your axles yet and can you put up some pics of your car

welcome… from what I’ve gathered your car has had quite the history, if you get a chance fill us in on it.

nice to see some OG b5 guys coming over here and co existing with us 4.2 and 3.0 guys to get away from the bull shit that is AZ. Like you have already noticed, we come here to get away from vendor fest and lies and learn about the truth. no matter what the platform, we are here to advance it and make it better. please feel free to invite whoever you feel would help, regardless of the car because in the end, unlike some b7 rs4 guys think, we all have internal combustion engines and all operate on the same principals.

if you dont understand what i mean about the b7 rs4 guys, they think if you dont own an rs4, you wont know how to modify one and make it faster. they feel if the part is expensive, it works best.

hahaha, applauded good sir

Wow, thanks a lot everyone for the warm welcome, It’s good to join you guys and I like to get away from that vendor parts pushing, dyne sheet selling audizine. I still have quite a few friends over theorem So I’ll try to stay on there as long as possible… The moderators, 1997GTX, Overspun, Justincredible, etc… There are quite a few of them over there who funky support me, or who I consider actual friends, so I’m hoping they can keep from getting a permanent ban, so far so good. There are a few who make it really difficult, specifically Gumby, who happens to be from Jason’s neck of the woods. Recently I’ve been getting ganged up on big time with little supports, so It’s a little discouraging… I need to really focus on getting my car finished for this season to let the car do the talking. There are some very nice changes going on the car this season, I’d rather not let them out publicly yet because AMD guys would love my info, but in due time… Here’s a pic or two:

More will come soon with the new changes!

Thanks again guys!!! I feel very welcome here.

Welcome! Like everyone said, we need another Sakimano on this site lol jk

Car looks good, clutch pic i like as well.

Great pics, do you have a full build thread you could copy over here or at least link? I’d like to see the progression and parts listed etc as they’ve evolved & why.

Also, nice to see another Audi/Jeep guy. I’m loving my wrangler, but yours is a little shinier  .

Thanks again guys! Here is the vr6 thread from audizine, it’s a long one, but I’m pretty involved for a few pages in there while I was building the car. I went from start to finish in a bit over a month of busting my and a good friend doing my aluminum tig. First swap like this done with AC and all.

That’s a very rare clean pic of the wrangler. Oddly enough, my jeep 4" lifted, fender trimmed, 35" tires, skids all around, Rock rail, etc… It gets a lot more looks than the Audi, if people only knew what is under the hood. Lol

what size is your exhaust and intercooler piping? from the looks of it it looks like you are running a 3" downpipe. i know there are space constraints but you would definitely benefit from a 4".

good to see NYCVR6 over here. You can finally say what you want without being gangraped by EPL/AMD apologists and dragstrip villifiers.

Truth is free here. Lots of interesting chat. Lots of good info, and lots of good fun. Will be interesting to see if we can get JHM’s guys on board here to drum up some more interest in the b5 section…so far it’s mostly just B6/7 guys making fun of AMD and Tial guys in our B5 section lol.

cant wait to get on my laptop so I can actually see the pictures well

Saki - HAHA! seriously, I was forever alone there for awhile

we need scott to come over and post. Good for a laugh always, and his B5 is fucking BRUTAL. built GT car tuned by COUNTVOHN that ran 11.6 @ 126 in density altitude 3000 feet (85 degrees in Detroit 2 summers ago)…and is now tuned for E85. Killer car.

scott just got some pics over from count in order to do a formal introduction. waiting for him to make a corny sn like ‘crazyfasts4’ or slverbullits4’ and join in on the fun.

LOK

‘corny’…pun intended???

My exhaust is 3" and my charge piping is 2.5" on the hot side of the intercooler and 3" on the other, I am going to make it 3" on both sides now… MY exhaust is 3" to keep it quiet on the street, I open it up right under the car when I race, so It’s fine.

I’m glad I can say the truth here and not be gang raped by nerds who don’t know anything. Jason and all those guys are absolute jokes to me. They bolt parts on to cars, often parts made by other companies, and then make outrageous dyne claims with nothing to back them up… It’s so lame, I don’t know how hbe even has customers at all, but they say, there’s a sucker born ever day.

NYC was it you who posted the pic of Jason and his car w/ the girl leaning over it? If so PRICELESS! There are a couple revisions of that pic on here :stuck_out_tongue:

Enjoy
