From the looks of it, it doesn’t seem they’re going to open until it’s above 10-15 degrees or something.

It’s fucking snowing here… Unreal… DA is -40 right now at the track… grrr… still haven’t called the day off but I am sure they will… good news is they are open Sunday but conditions won’t be as good… Hope you guys can get some passes in…

Nice! Do you have the newest verion? It should work fine… If you shut the car off remember to either save the logs or just leave the electrical system on between passes and that way it never shuts down… That is what I usually do depending on how crowded it is… Don’t forget turbo and group by for better sampling…
Ya I just downloaded it. I was planning on following the instructions on Jspazz’s AZ thread.
About half a cm of snow where I live too but apparently the snow passed overnight south west where the track is. Hopefully they’ll get the blowers out… but I’m still skeptical.
No snow here but being near the lake that’s kind of always the case.
The strip is 40kms due south of me.

So I asked the girl on the phone if they plan to be open tomorrow since there’s no precipitation in the forecast and it’s going up to 8 degrees. They “haven’t decided yet”.

there was no real trip. A couple of guys went in their cars and the track closed early.

I’m probably going to make the trip this weekend if anyone wants to join. Don’t expect great times but I’m itching to get my first few runs in this year. Plus, I’ve made a few minor adjustments and would like to see what, if anything, they have added int the way of performance.
everyone was 1 car really. Axel. Other car had a clutch that was giving him trouble.
Axel went in his Avant with his JHM SC. He struggled launching early (1.95+ every time). Then he got it dialed in with tire pressure adjustments (added pressure) and cut a 1.75 60’ a couple of times but didn’t have any clean shifting runs. I was in the area with my wife and dog and went to check it out. Then they closed the damn track 2 hours early lol.
He trapped 115 a couple of times (115.91 was his highest), and had a 12.53 @ 113 that was his best ET, but there’s lots more to come from that car. All on pump gas of course.
Good for him! I’m glade he was able to sort through his issues… I’m sure it wasn’t easy being patient. What was the problem anyway?
