This newspaper has confirmed that DNA tests conducted on the 21-year-old woman who has accused hockey star Patrick Kane of raping her has found DNA evidence of at least one person and possibly one or two more in her genital area but no traces of any DNA from Kane.
As the Buffalo News first reported on Sunday, the lack of any DNA evidence from Kane does not support the claims of the former UB cheerleader that Kane raped her on the morning of Aug. 2 at his lakefront home in Hamburg although the investigation is continuing.
This news comes shortly after finding out that Kane’s semen was not part of the rape kit at all.

Any legit news agencies reporting any of these rumours? The only articles on legit agencies I can see are telling me that Kane is removed from all marketing by all major corporations. Those corporations and sponsors all have their own Ray Donovan who knows what really happened, so that’s why they’ve made those decisions. Not because Patrick Kane’s cousin raped someone…or because some broad lied to her dad. Did Nike or anyone dump Kobe? Nope, because he was innocent, and their Ray Donovan found the real story. Did Tiger Woods’ sponsors stick it out? Nope, because they had the scoop that he was dead to nuts busted. Other than Nike, who admitted he fucked up but stuck with him anyway.
They have limited talent, limited leadership and the goalie isn’t that great.
However they have great coaches, great management and a burgeoning pool of prospects.
This all point to them being shit but disciplined. They will likely over achieve, however that is like being tallest midget. They’re expected to be bottom 8.
And none of that matters.

That would make me believe there are no charges pending for Kane (I. E. The lawyers have been told and now they are going to blast the bullshit media reports and defend their clients reputation)
As I mentioned a few pages ago, if that is the case they will attempt to convict him in the media. I imagine the police will do the same.

BUFFALO - The lawyer for a woman alleging she was sexually assaulted by Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane says an empty evidence bag was improperly left in the doorway of the woman’s mother’s home.
Thomas Eoannou (ee-WAHN’-oo) said Wednesday that the bag at one point contained the rape kit used when the woman reported that she had been assaulted.
Eoannou wants the FBI or state police to probe how the bag left the custody of investigators.
Eoannou says it’s not clear how the bag got to the mother’s home or what effect it may have on the investigation. He says the mother made the bizarre discovery when she came home from work for lunch on Tuesday.
Erie County District Attorney Frank Sedita did not immediately return a message seeking comment from The Associated Press.
Police have been investigating Kane since early August. He has not been charged.

I am confused. First, who the fuck is Ray Donovan? Second, why would the evidence bag be dropped off at the mother’s house? What purpose would that serve?

Ray Donovan is a character in a great Showtime show. Go watch the first 3 episodes of season one and see if you like it. Played by Liev Schreiber, he’s a fixer for a law firm that caters to celebrity clients. Basically if someone fucks up, he helps make problems disappear.
Like someone is doing for Kane right now.
And yes, this is extremely strange. No part of this latest development makes sense.
Tamper with the evidence? Sure, but burn the bag or bury it in a landfill. Taunting the family though? that’s personal.
So…for whom in the Buffalo police force would this be personal? Joe Blow who likes the Hawks? Nope. Kane’s buddy who earns $50,000-100,000 a year being his driver/security guy? Could be.
Cool. I’m re-upping my Showtime subscription for the new Homeland season, so I’ll check out the Donovan show as well.
The whole Kane situation is downright bizarre. Tampering with the evidence and taunting the family with it isn’t even a rational move if you’re trying to protect Kane - it actually seems more plausible to have been done to keep the story alive and screw with his reputation even further.
You may want to expand on that tsivas. Your snippet makes it look like the rape accusation was a fabrication.

Kane has been under investigation by the Town of Hamburg (N.Y.) police for the alleged sexual assault of a 21-year-old woman at his home after a trip to a Buffalo nightclub.
Also seeing Multiple sources saying that the female friend — a college classmate — no longer fully backs the accuser’s version of events and has expressed reluctance to testify. Without her corroboration, it would be harder for prosecutors to move the case forward, those sources said.
Possibly why the Grand Jury was postponed.
