Yes 12.86, but I’m playing off his above comment where he told me to keep trying to break 12.99 because he googled and found v8ryan’s thread about out first trip to the dragstrip. I’m sure he will also comment on my 12.86 pass (which I understand is t fast in an overall sense) but what he fails to realize in his b5 world is that my car is one of the quickest NA B7 S4s and I’m proud of that…and if I were to stick with the car and add this nitrous setup I’d be giving any b5 a pretty damn good run for their money.
Do you live anywhere near southeastern PA? I wouldn’t mind seeing how my cars stacks up to yours. I just installed a procharger kit on my fathers 99 mustang gt last summer and my car pulls pretty hard on his already. He put down 350whp on his finalized tune @9psi…

It’s actually far from tight…if you think about it…it’s the same size bay that get the 6.2 and 5.0 v8s… So what would make a TTv6 tighter?
I still have my B7, should be selling it soon…I’m originally from PA, northwest though. I would estimate my car is close to 325whp as it sits, but we know dynos aren’t really the end all…to to a track and put some runs down, the time slips rarely lie and that will tell you exactly how you stack up.

Just read your thread seems a real ball ache! I could have bought an R8 or similar but I choose to widebody a B5 and do a full Loba Motorsport engine and basically overall the car to ‘brand new’. Something addictive about coming on boost in a B5

Hey mate long time no speak! I’ve not been on here much I’ve been quiet on the tuning front, just deciding what to do next! Looking at trying a B8 S4 and doing a widebody with it. Ill post a thread up here when I’m back at my pc on Monday. Build is progressing nicely now, the shell is complete we replaced every single nut and bolt I had the ohlins suspension refurbed ordered AP racing brakes all round new diff new steering rack etc etc you get the drift! I’ve got the engine sat in my garage ready to be stripped and sent to Loba Motorsport. All go’s well it will be running by may, I’m hoping to hit around 750ish (crank) I’m determined it won’t be another dyno queen so will hammer it for performance data!!!
It would be nice if you could also include some pros and cons pertaining to a big build like yours for others who might be thinking of following in your footsteps.

Pros = nice selection of hardware, supporting mods and a healthy budget
Cons = select a reputable shop to do the work if you can’t do it yourself. Velocity Factor wasn’t the best shop for this build.
Reading the nine build threads would answer the pros/cons of his build.
Are some of those old build threads still around? I was told they were being deleted several months ago - which is why I created a new one.
I think they are gone, you did have a few going at one point though. Faw is either baiting you in hopes you might reveal additional info or simply starting a pointless thread.
