Facts suck…so does the epic journey for this B5 S4.

I sit here and think if you have a pretty damn nice budget like ZT, why in the hell wouldn’t you have loaded your car up and shipped it to JHM…said “I want this to be a 10 sec B5” and you’d more than like be driving a 10sec or very close to 10s full interior B5 that you know was done right.

Now you have multiple shops with their hand in the cookie jar, making it easier to pass blame on the guy before. I personally wouldn’t have touched your car knowing other shops failed at completing the task at hand…who knows what else they failed at.

Hindsight is and always will be 20/20. In my case I’ve had two BBK’s utilizing three different rotors for the first BBK, awe DP’s then 034 DP’s, awe twin 2 exhaust to 034’s 3.5inch, stasis SL c/o’s replaced by KWV3’s, 605’s swapped for 770’s and soon a potential tune change.

Shipping a car out to Cali likely wouldn’t be entertained regardless of his budget. Looking back now, it’s easy to make the point as to why wouldn’t you just ship it out and send it back when it’s done, because yes, he probably would have been driving this puppy three or four months ago.

I didn’t realize that in “your world” I’d have had to keep all of that in one discussion. I suppose I could have put them all in one but #1, #2, #4 and #7 were specific questions and weren’t updates to my build thread. #3 replaced the old “deleted” thread and #5 and #6 could have gone together. In fact, I suppose they could be merged. Either way, it’s seems like you live to ruffle people’s feathers. And a person can post about facts all day long - it doesn’t exempt them from having a chip on their shoulder.

NOW, yeah. NOW I think it would have been a great idea to just ship the car to JHM and let them handle the whole project. I mean - it’s kinda centered around their turbos anyway. At least that’s the way I see it. If I’d have known 10 months later I’d still have no car, I’d have done that. But back in the beginning? I would not have considered it.

If I had known Jnaut was right around the corner from me, I’d have taken the car to him in the first place - and we’d have been done months ago. So almost - same difference there.

The only one of those threads that from the title is not about your build is the discussion about stroking boring…however it was in fact you opening up the discussion about whether or not you should do it…for your build.

So yes, those are all threads about your build.

Nobody said there was a rule about it or that you were out of line for having all of those threads. Maybe your guilty conscience did? In reality, I was responding to a trolllish calloutish post by FAW. I was in fact defending you. I was telling FAW that his thread was ridiculous and that you have so many threads on the subject here there is no reason to start a callout thread to ask for an update.

Of course you took my post personally, maybe even considered it an insult. Then you decided to have a go at me…and well now we see that you indeed have 7 build threads here. I haven’t looked on audizine to see how many you have there. Keep annoying me and I will.

You make the most childish threats. And before you go into how you didn’t “threaten” me, I mean “threats” in a light hearted way. I do realize that you looking into my threads on AudiZine isn’t a threat to my well being in any way - but it’s a threat, none the less - and a silly one. I’m going to do what most people who get into these discussions with you probably wish they did - shake my head and move on. I don’t know you at all but one thing is for certain, you are unique.

FAW - I did apologize publicly. I did not publicly announce why b/c it wasn’t necessary and I realize I was wrong. You’re widely regarded for pushing buttons in the forum world with incomplete facts or just plain stupidity and I have come to understand why. I’m beyond your thought process and will never try to comprehend it, it’s just who you are. An honest enthusiest of any make and model would encourage others as opposed to being critical of every build except yours. I used racial terms and directed them to you and shouldn’t have.

I will tell you I’ve been held up at gun point (barrel pressed to my temple no less) with my truck stolen. This young man had gold teeth and was of a different race, thankfully he was caught. Does this mean I can use certain terms freely and direct them to others? No. Does this mean all other males that fit this description are identical… No, hence why you received a public apology from me directed to you b/c I was truly sorry for the terms I used.
