Yes, testing done on Jan 25th (this past friday) and the tune is already for sale on Monday.

Nope… I could definitely see it getting deleted lol. Release time blows my mind though, as it’s taken so much longer for everyone else to release stuff for the b8.

Funny, it took more than a year after dealer flashing was released for smaller tuners to start unlocking the ECU. And still no tunes released from any (or is ASP’s tune actually released?).
He was an az vendor but they booted him for some reason. Maybe for alleged tune thievery, and the bigger advertisers didn’t like competing with their own tunes. All alleged. I thought he was a pretty nice guy. I found it funny that Epl accused him of stealing their tunes, bit the jfonz cars routinely crush the Epl cars.
I thought jfonz was pretty cool. I have no insight into the tune stealing accusations. He made Tial cars quick.
Good for him, looks like jfonz took the advice of many from here and jumped on the B8 game. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. While the B8 is one of the easier cars to tune, it still takes a good chunk of time and money to be able to put the program in the car.
These statments in themselves point out how redickous somwthing is… im sure jconz has stolen a great tune and is excited to reep the benifits of it. Ita been pointed out that if you rwad the thread they tuned and tested the car on friday…so this isnt like they tuned the car 3 weeks ago and jist dynoed it. They dynoed it the same day they tuned it. Itguy is a china b5 reseller and jconz sells his china junk so this isnt a customer is a part of the conz shop that hopes to make this look indeoendent. Sure these guys are honest ** wink wink **
The one flaw I think I kewp seeing over and over is the nice guy thing. Fuck tod at awe was way nice lots of people arw nice I tithe at church my neice is nice that dosent make them good honest or right or above the scrutinity thst we should inpose. This 25th hour product release is j8st one more in the line of long examples of how there guys arw a joke and they have no deep vested protection or interest for tue customer in mind
Cv is always nice but I dont believe he Apr or awe tryuily feel this is good for the community…why…cauae it inly takes one ass who is willing to blow up someones car to try and make a buck that will stifle the advancemwnts of others due to worries or concerns. There will always be thst guy that thinks a custom tune is what he needs to help push his car a little faster…difference is we see the real comoanys take time test test and retest while the conzes just test the waters with how quick they can make a buck

I dont think he stole anyone’s software. That’s just what was being alleged about him in the b5 section. Who knows what’s true.
I do know that he tuned a b8 in one day and is selling the tune the next business day. That’s not how I’d want my tune developed on a car. I’d stick with recommending apr to people at this point.
I believe he has been working on a B8 tune for some time now. ITguy flew him into Vegas for the dyno session and they were excited to post the results.
I personally feel that Josh is being given a bad wrap on this site. It is completely unfounded that Josh has stolen anyone’s tune. It is a fact that he got his start on Nefmoto, but that does not make him a thief.
Josh is not just a “nice guy”, he is working hard to provide cheaper tuning alternatives to the European car community.
Chrisk if you have some sort of proof then I am all ears, but I think if his tune was dissected it would be found that it is unique to Jfonz and no other tuner.
