Wow. Thread just got locked. So disappointing.

I have no opinion on JFonz but I have to say i won’t talk big myself, I can’t tune a B8 S4. Can anyone here? I wanted to see where the AZ JFonz thread would go it would go before everyone decided to censor themselves by calling for a lock.

Hopefully JFonz will chime in, and itguy will come here and finish this off…:slight_smile:

Itguy signed up here with a bogus username that he has used on other sites as a troll account to attack companies and to pimp his silky rabbit parts. Needless to say he was not approved for membership. If he was to sin up under his real username and jot a confirmed troll account he might.

Maybe it’s just me but why would you want him to sign up? So he could lie to you and pump products?

Itguy is a drop shipper who works from his house and sells counterfeit copied parts from china. ‘He’ is used by two or three companies in the b5 world to pimp products under the guise of being a member who just happens to like the parts. Audizine is too blind (or willfully ignorant) to do anything.

If a vendor wants to come on this site and talk about their parts and progress and results, they are welcome. Before someone says something fucking stupid like ‘only jhm is welcomed here’ I will remind you that the following companies, all jhm competitors have posted here and been welcome to do so, and continue to be

Like you said, it’s an open site here, that’s why I like it. I don’t think there’s any tuners in that list that weren’t a little shop a decade ago, and many either still are, or didn’t exist. Nobody has factory connections per se, people are using similar tools (either designed in-house or OTS) so tuning is still a pretty open game to anyone who knows how to do it. As far as I can tell, only a few here (Todd, Arin and JFonz) are really able to comment on (or have access to) the intricacies of tuning the B8 S4. I’m here to learn.

As a few of you know I don’t always share the opinion of the group, but in this case I haven’t seen anything to tell me if the tune is good or crap.

I notice a couple conspicuous absentees from commenting so I’d imagine I’m not the only one who feels this way about it. I’d rather see more information based on the tune itself, and I’d hope we didn’t go so far out of the way to block the flow of relevant information.

Itguy has the tune, pulley, and a flashing tool…and JFonz is on the site. There’s lots to learn. Hey, if the tools are out there, how come some of the other tuners you mention aren’t seizing the opportunity? Knowing APR has made deep into seven figures on this stands out to me.

Anything else you write is generally not of interest to me, in terms of the tune, I don’t think we’re learning very much. Making a big deal that itguy sells car parts with JFonz and that JFonz has a different day job or anything else has kinda been played out…maybe we can talk about what you do for work. That would be just as relevant at this point.

Jfonz is Josh, also known as Judeisnotobscure. If you want to hear from him, PM him (He’s a member here) and I’m sure he’ll be happy to share what he can. He’s not allowed to post on audizine and having itguy do so on his behalf is a HUGE mistake.

Clochner did a good job of having itguy admit that he’s NOT an impartial individual customer, but is in fact in business with jfonz.

I think it’s great to see more parts availabel for the B8 S4, but when it is being delivered with people surruptitiously being planted as ‘satisfied customers’ but in reality they are in business with jfonz…and then you add to that the kevkev like 1/4 mile claim you have to really question the approach. Jfonz looked like he was going to be an interesting new force in the B5 game, but these stories about copying tunes…and then hooking up with the china replica douchebags…that’s not a good way to go about it. DxC, itguy, naudlee…these guys are all jokes in the community…and these are the businesses who jfonz has aligned himself with. I think it was a mistake.

I don’t understand how literally the ENTIRE audizine B8 S4 section sees this as completely sketchy…yet you don’t. Reality? You’re just taking it as an opportunity to oppose me, which I alluded to months ago as something you seem to revel in. Go nuts Jspazz. Go tell primetime and clochner and the dozens of other B8 guys that they’re all wrong for calling this out as sketchy.
