This includes ALL up coming members. Let’s take primetime, many an offer has been extended to him to offer up his products. He isn’t a shop. Then move on to snowtrooper he isn’t a large shop and he is more then welcome to post free. BenSTI clearly not a shop but was free to post about his exhaust even under the potential notion it was a knock off.Jibberjive isn’t a shop, but also was allowed to post a sale for his company. Jfonz himself isn’t or wasn’t a shop, he has never been asked to stop posting. These members are but a few of the growing membership that have taken advantage of the ability to share there ideas and products.
Audirevolution has been and will continue to be here for information, the self starter, the enthusiasts, the home shops and the home starters. There will be limits depending on how things unfold or how things are done… like the links to how to steal a tune or members that want to troll for the sake of causing a rift to propel themselves
Itguy falls under the list of people that have troll accounts. Perhaps he should have considered thinking twice before doing so. While Audirevolution is a fully open site to both enthusiasts and shops alike, large amounts of effort and collaborative works go into keeping it troll free. It’s not Audirevolution that is stopping Itguy, its Itguy and his own actions that are preventing this.
As the owner of this site. I know other owners of other sites, even Audi sites. We all share information and will continue to do so. This sharing of information helps bring down situations like the ITguy. We would love to have him talk and share what he and jfonz are doing, however I didn’t ask for him to be dishonest. Doing so is his issues and it will not be rewarded by giving him a voice. So, when we consider the empty flow of relevant information in some aspects and in some future cases (as well as past) we should understand that some members have silenced themselves.
Like I said, I always have lots to learn. You act like you have a stake in this or something, when its just a diversion from your normal life.
Anyhow, yes I’m saying we know all the relationships, “played out” I said. Lets get on with logs, any other info.

Perhaps “played out” for the people who regularly visit all the B5 forums. I, however, had no idea that “it”-guy and jfonz were in business together. Couple that with jfonz being banned from AZ, and you’re left with the obvious conclusion that jfonz had “it” doing his bidding. I’d bet that a substantial majority of the B8 folks at AZ did not know that information either, so it probably was as much of a revelation for them as it was for me.
Had jfonz handled the situation properly, he would have had “it” put out a disclaimer of their business relationship in the initial post. Isn’t being upfront and forthright with your potential customers good business? Now it’s just a mess that will remain permanently on one of the most viewed Audi forums.

You know I agree wrt to AZ, and it was great you did that, sure. Over here it was last weeks news I guess, and a few of us (seems like yourself as well) still want to know about the tune. I think it’s pretty clear it’s purely about interest only, since (almost) everyone here has a tune they are happy with already.
Also want to point out that it’s obviously a glass house for some, when pointing out that getting banned from one or more forums is an obvious character defect.

If a company gets banned from a website, I have to start to ask questions. i.e. ASP, GSG etc. If that’s how they are handling their business…i.e. whether it’s copying products, stealing, scamming customers, lying about product benefits…that’s hardly anyone you want to do business with.
