Alright, picked up a brand new OEM dealership sensor for $116. Installed and all codes gone. Log below, appears the demanded and supplied are within ranges as well the pump duty is around 70% which I read is what we want? Or is this 78% something to be concerned with?
Really pissed her off when I forgot to shift. However, car still runs great. I have never seen such a code before, almost proud of it

Q7 Codes 4-1-23.pdf (282.2 KB)
Haha, wow, that is quite the code! Living life a 1/4 mile at a time? Haha.
Has the Q been running well otherwise these days?
Still trying to find the time to do major service on mine, PCV is making a lot of noise, really need to get in there and replace it but been putting it off as itās going to be a big job with all the other bits and pieces I want to replace while Iām in there.
That used to be the big B5 code back in the day.
The best part is you obviously did it more than once. As your frequency is 3 LOL
It also looks like your Intake temps are little high. Are you using the OEM Cooler or have the JHM one mounted? A little late but do you have a copy of the Audi 3.0 SSP for the V6? Based off the 2009 version but pretty much the same throughout the life of the engine. PM me your E-mail if you donāt and Iāll E-mail it to you. Wonāt upload here as itās a little over 12MB. Or search SSP925803 pdf and you should be able to find it.
Letās be clear I am not intentionally doing this, just 1st gear in this car is soo short + the Q7 is quiet still, really can only hear the sc whine but still stock intake and exhaust. On the s6 or TT at least I can hear when I am to shiftā¦ iirc my jhm s6 soes shift out of 1st if I forget, but then again I am far more careful with the s6
Yes I have the JHM FmHx + the stock dual SM heat exchangers, and it works fantastic! I am not concerned about 97.5 degC as it should hover at 93ā¦ I did replace the thermostat last year and it stays pegged at 93 most all the time. I see the V10 s6 much warmer much more often, sometimes 100degC+ in summer heat
I did see a positive change in oil consumption after replacing the PVC. I had a shop do it, they have removed the blower 5x now for different items complicated with removing, all under warranty. Some things that I know are going to bite me in the ass later like the SC, injectors, VC gaskets, wp on this thing I put a shop warranty on. Has saved me hours of rework. Else I am surprised how well and reliable this car really is
I havenāt looked at all of the groups but I donāt think you can measure a separate temperature for the Supercharger. I did a Garage Sports divorced Reservoir with a PLM cooler. Just using a IR Temp reader after a hard run I have never seen over 75āC. Iām sure I could get it higher if it was on a track day but as long as they are sharing the same coolant you can only go so far and lowering the engine coolant temperature we all know starts to be a bad thing when it gets too low.
