So I was told by a fellow S4 owner that this is where the kool kidz hang out. Is it okay with you guys if I join in? :wink:

In all seriousness though, I have been on AZ since I bought my S4 back in October and have made every attempt to be a worthwhile and valuable participant in the meaningful exchange of data and info in those forums since that timeā€¦ however, recently it just seems like every time I get on there it just gets WORSE AND WORSE with the asinine thread posts! I mean REALLY!!! 5 F-ing threads on the comparison of a tuned vs. non-tuned S4 Avant?! Is EVERYONE a retard over there!?!

Anyway, Iā€™m glad to have found what I hope to be a site of the members whom I have always respected from over there in a more meaningful environment. My goal with my car has always been to build a clean, tasteful, respectably quick and fun car to drive and exchange data and ideas with like minded intelligent people who have the same passions for car modification as I do.

So I guess this will be serve as my intro thread, my name is J.R., Iā€™m a financial advisor, a 2013 S4 owner and I hope to be able to help contribute to this community in a valuable way.

As for steering, yes! I was able to work through a VAG COM fix with another AZ forum member.

Basically the steering rack replacement fixed the ā€œMMI wheel notchinessā€ issues I was having, and unchecking the ā€œDriver Steering Recommendationā€ box (related to the stability assist portion of the car) in the electric steering assist module eliminated ā€œthe slipā€ issue across 12 oā€™clock. Steering is now flawless in all modes, speeds, road types, and conditions!

Iā€™m back to loving this car again!

Welcome, yes AZ is full of retards and downies. Unfortunately, recently some have migrated over hereā€¦the ones with the 495whp S4s that are faster than turbo porchesā€¦

However, with that said, the most knowledgeable and experience enthusiast are all here!

Thanks tsivas! Much appreciated! No rush of course, I know you have a life of your own to live. Iā€™ve just always found the info you and Auditude have put together to be the most legitimate, real world based, and unbiased. Wish I lived closer as I would love to come out and run some tests with you guys! Unfortunately, living in Dayton, OH doesnā€™t give me many opportunities or stuff like that. East coast/west coast bias :slight_smile:
