Got any pictures? I haven’t bought any yet so I’m still open to change if it’s light and looks good. I saw this finish combo the other day and really like it.

Yeah those look good. Any idea what they weighed?
18x9 et29 at 18 lbs. With the 21 lb conti dw in 245/35/18. Sub 40 at each corner. Decent width, rubber, not “stretched”
Yeah that’s pretty damn good. I’m guessing even a 1/2 lb difference per corner is negligible in the quarter mile or just acceleration in general.
My only issue is there are no custom finish options with Advans.
I’d like to know how heavy Michelin PSSs and Toyo R888s are in comparison to other tires.
Tirerack is really good at giving specs. You can click on the size you want and it will give manufacture reported weights of pretty much every brand, size, etc. Easy to compare
Good to know. I didn’t realize they had the tire weights.
Because they are not nice enough? Simple enough.
Rs4 needs 19" wheels anyway.
I have seen a couple with 18’s for tracking on AZ.
I didn’t say anything about an RS, there are multiple car types in this discussion. I Would never put these on my car, but they look decent on the S4.
Op is an rs4 owner. I was trying to be on topic
My BMI is horrible apparently. Anyone who has met me probably wouldn’t say I need to lose weight . If you are reasonably athletic(and have more dense muscle than most) , or quite tall (thus have big strong, heavy bones) your BMI is likely shit. BMI for the loss.
I hear you. I have a BMI of about 22% according to our tape test. I need to start a meth habit to take the place of my gym time. Awesome thing is I can still run 3 miles in under 21 minutes. Not too bad for an old dude!
Anyway, back on topic. I meant I have seen a couple of RS4’s w/ track 18’s on AZ. One dude has an Avus and wears gaudy orange (on purpose me thinks) for track.
Tire Rack would be a good place to check out comparisons.
euroswagr:Why not get the RPF1 18x9 that are like 17.8lbs and $1500 a set? Another important thing people forget is the weight of the tire too…keep that in mind.

There is a local RS4 guy to me with 19 inch enkei wheels. He had to get them re-drilled to fit.

Also my BMI got a lot better this year. I went from a 37 to a 27. Maybe I can cut another tenth of a second off my 1/4 miles.
Is that HI-PSI4 from AZ? I thought he got those in 5x112. The cost difference was $60 per wheel to go w/ 5x112 vs 5x114.3

Yep.
I think those are Work Emotion CR Ultimate, not Enkei. 114 is a stock bolt pattern, but you can get them custom drilled to 112 according to their spec sheet.
I don’t think anyone ever called them Enkei’s. They are the Kai’s and can be made 5x112 for $60 more for each wheel than the usual 5x114.3.

so you lost something like 70 lbs? holy shit way to go. Keep it up.
As for that RS4, those aren’t bad. Wonder what they weigh.
TO me, that car is too low. The proportions are off…and it makes the car look too long and especially too long in the nose as a result.
Whether those are Enkei or Work, they look very good. I still like the stock rims better, but those are worthy of being on a RS4, IMHO.
