lulz on other forums (current, not classics)

pretty funny. Local guy too. I should race him with my stock A4 2.0T Avant lol.

Wonder what he meant by stock long block…the actual slab of iron was stock?

p.s. he self tunes his car? This can only go well. I would love to see what this guy is all about. Has a very distinct highschooler feel to his text-speak method of posting. Anyone who uses ur and u more than once a century needs to be slapped in the facce if they’re over 16.

SoCalS4Avant has already removed Mick’s posts in both the thread you mentioned and JHM’s thread about their S4 flywheels and clutches being back in stock.

He had mentioned something about how a pressure plate spring broke after 11K miles and bla bla bla drag strip passes/track days with his JHM clutch kit in the S4 section when he has a RS4. He also said that JHM’s clutch kits were going out left and right which sounds odd since mine still looks great. I recently pulled out the trans for some other stuff and my JHM clutch kit/light-weight flywheel looks like will last a long time.

No specific link, but I decided to fry my brain for a few minutes scrolling through quattrofail posts for the last couple of days. I am usually pretty good at avoiding arguing on forums, but there’s that crew of 4 or 5 guys who just spew out the most ridiculous crap, pretty entertaining reading until it starts to kill brain cells.

Not sure what’s worse, Mickf’s 180 degree turn statements about JHM, or the 180 degree bends in his new exhaust.

Eyyo!

lol

does anyone remember where Mick sold his JHM exhaust? Was it on the classifieds on qfail or az?

http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/497987-Hazards-blicking-andf-beeping

To be fair, when I first heard mine I was surprised that there was a beeping noise and not the horn.

But it was pretty obvious it was the panic alarm.

These guys are such fucking tools!! Most of them can’t even keep their story straight. Best of all QW members are getting sick of Mick’s douch bag antics.

yeah, mick’s shit is tired. He is jumping into the S4 section to bash the clutch/flywheel because he claims his failed on his RS4. Hmm…

 1. it’s a fucking S4 product mick. Fuck off. Even if your RS4 clutch did fail, why are you talking about a totally different product?

 2. you claimed your clutch failed after 11k miles, however in an email to JHM you said you loved your clutch flywheel and had put 20k miles on it with no problems including multiple track days and dragstrip passes (and we all know you’re a shit driver, so even the daily driving miles are likely stressful on the thing)

Factoring in what we now KNOW are blatant LIES about his JHM exhaust’s condition (he claimed it was warped and wrinkled and quality was terrible, yet sold it as ‘excellent’ to a guy in the uk…and that guy has confirmed to me that it is in excellent condition)…and factoring in the fact he has publicly and privately said that he will continue to trash JHM just to get back at me (psycho much?)…this is a guy nobody should be listening to.

He actually told a JHM employee that if they cut me off (which is funny…not sure what that even means…are they my sugar daddy or something?) he will shut up. Basically a ‘choose sakimano or me’. Is this guy really this fucking psychotic? He’s like a crazy fat 13 year old girl full of angst and misery. Really a strange dude. He just needs to go do his own thing and be less crazy.

Wow…says the guy who just bought an EPL RS4 tune. They haven’t shown performance of any sort.

Hey did you happen to read his post where he admits to not being able to DD his RS4 with the clutch master clutch after months of it being installed. Seems obvious why he had issues with a LW setup, he probably couldn’t grasp the fact that the car would rev faster.
It’s been months and I’m still trying to master the clutch engagement for dd
It’s just unnatural for me to need to push about 2500 rpm from a stop to get it to take off smoothly on the street so I always either end up getting dirty looks bc of high revving or dirty looks for not taking off smooth. It’s excellent on the track though. I ended up hitting VIR after about 1300 miles and it worked flawlessly.
Yes, I did. He was complaining about it to mick, who just ordered the same setup.

Did you read his other posts? He was talking about having to launch the car from 2000-2500 RPM in order to engage it. I don’t mean at the dragstrip…I mean at stop signs and in traffic and shit. He’s revving it to 2500 RPM before letting the clutch out…otherwise it makes an awful sound. Wonder who installed this beauty lol.

But seriously…2500 rpm in the RS4 is enough to launch hard and hit 60 mph in 4.6 seconds. If he is launching that hard in parking lots and on streets, he looks like a fucking idiot. Only other explanation is he is slipping it from 2500 RPM…and we all know how that will end up.

Ummm…riding that bitch much? Slipping it much? WTF. These road race superstars are entertaining as fuck. They all think that because they do HPDEs they are driving gods. I love to laugh. Especially when they call it ‘racing’. Last time I watched a race on TV they didn’t have instructors sitting beside them holding their hands, and yelling at them not to pass anyone.

The good news is that mick ordered that same piece of shit clutch/flywheel, so we can all look forawrd to him hating it in a few weeks. Of course he’ll praise it as the greatest thing ever. He’s a compulsive liar on these forums. The greatest was his attempted insurance scam on the carbon fibre hood guys.

First he posted that the hood blew up at a track day, while going 120 MPH or something. Shared a video of it with a bunch of people.
Then he decided to lie to Vorsteiner and tell them that it happened during normal driving…and deleted his old post to hide the truth.
Then I called him out on it which he denied at first, but in typical mick fashion, he went nuts and in a rage admitted it was on the track…and even posted the email to Vorsteiner where he lied to them. Guy is a real piece of work. He’s a terrible fucking liar and loves to trip himself up. This latest clutch story, and the exhaust condition story are prime examples.

Jecky and Hyde all in one for Mick.

Here is a good one… So much nonsense and fail in this thread… My favorite is by the prince… apparently stock 6-speed cars can cut 1.6x 60ft times… Even better is Auditude calling him out… lol

http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/498417-First-clutch-slip-yesterday-after-Stasis-tune

lol…my buddy’s 427 swapped 4th gen Camaro with slicks and every suspension part you can think of to get off the line cuts 1.6…hope he provides a time slip.

can someone get this guy to post his timeslips? Don’t think he’s in the database.

thanks

“I have a 6MT and I made some runs at Waterfest. I also believe the heat has a lot to do with it because it was a very hot couple of days there down in NJ. High humidity and high heat does not go together well with our supercharged cars. My first run I dropped the clutch around 3500 RPM and gassed it and had terrible slip into first and throughout second. Had to completely get off it and wait for the clutch to grab, then resume. I ended up running a 13.5. I should add, my S4 is APR stage 2V2 with the pulley, intake, custom catback, and short throw shifter. I ran the next day and did a real nice, smooth engagement into 1st without any slip at around 2000 RPM. Ran a 12.71, which is still pretty damn good. Like I said though, I think the heat plays a large role since I ran the car last year when all it had was the intake and short throw and I ran a 12.87 on a nice 60 degree fall night.”

BanAmAn or something

lol at the troll

the car in the OP should be awesome though

I don’t get the swap. Why not turbo an RS4 proper instead of a B5?

The troll is a moron. I filmed that fucking video from the passenger seat of my friend’s B5 S4. It is most certainly stage III. In fact he was with us in Detroit and had just come from VAST who tweaked his tune.

He will get real quiet, real quick now that he realises that is a stage III B5, and that danny’s car went 11.4 @ 125+ on pump gas.

Ask him to show you a 2.7T making that level of power on pump gas. He won’t/can’t because no 2.7T has ever trapped that high. I believe the Tial 770 car 034 dynod on straight 91 pump gas made around 475 whp.
We will also throw the straight 91 tune back on Ken’s 770R car, as it sits at 475whp with about the same boost.
Would love to know what EPL claims the 770 kits do on pump gas.

I can’t wait to see the B7 with a big blower, using race gas. Really will be funny to see a B7 Rs4 trap 130+ and run 10.XX

Did you guys happen to catch swesna talking smack? He’s gonna be supercharged soon? Wonder if he will ever make it to a track. Not like any b5 guys have been to the track in the last year though besides JHM.

Good question. Swesna posts here a lot so maybe he’ll chime in. I get the impression he won’t get supercharged till well into 2013 if he does. He’s a patient buyer and will likely wait out JHM and AMD to see what they can offer.

I think APR will have a TVS1900 kit available soon too. Here’s why…

 1. they are doing a blowout sale on the TVS1320 kit, by paying their dealers to do free installation. I believe they are just dropping dealer cost by ‘x dollars’ in order to make them able to offer ‘free installation’ without reducing their margins on the product at all. Basically APR is paying for your installation by reducing their own margin.

 2. they just bought an RS4

 3. they are going to be TVS1900 supercharging the B8 S4 3.0T

 4. they are going to be TVS1900 supercharging the B8 RS5

So…let’s cross our fingers. I think if AMD is selling thier TVS1900 kit for $12,500 or so…it will be tough for APR to ask $17500 or something.

I will have my hands on a 1900 kit pretty soon, is there anything you guys want before its bolted on?

Also, forgot to say… Mark my words, turbo conversions are the b8 s4 future.

Needs an engine build first. Mark my words.

Amd1900?

Dunno…more interested to see it logged and tested than anything personally. Thanks for the offer…maybe someone will have something that they will want to know.

Oh… Intercooling/heat exchange…what are they doing?
