All of these guys who go hardcover anti jhm do so for money. Think about it:
Dr quattro and the boys - they were all stasis sponsored and jhm and stasis competed on loads of things. Including when jhm pointed out that the stasis guys were ripping B7 S4 owners selling them the upgraded differential when the car came with it stock lol. Money talks.
NGNG - had seal with VF engineering to promote the B67 supercharger kit on the forums. He was compensated for sales. He had all kinds of jhm parts. Once jhm came out with their nitrous and supercharger though, suddenly jhm was the anti christ. Money talks.
Mick and Ben - ebwerks (doesn’t work as we found out) was going head to head with JHM selling B7 Rs4 exhausts and a couple other parts. Ben admitted he copied the jhm formula for the B7 RS4 exhaust and while jhm was getting set up with fast intentions and couldn’t sell exhausts for a year, Ben and mick slid in to attack jhm relentlessly on anything they could. Money talks.
Flying tomatoes - bought a bunch of jhm parts and posted that he liked them and supported the company. That is until he started working for Apr promoting their 1740 supercharger kit which was in direct competition with JHM RS4 program. Cue the guerrilla marketing smear campaigns and trolling and bumping 6 month old threads where someone’s crank pulley didn’t work. Money talks.
Now it’s Corbett’s turn. Why? Corbett is involved with AMD in a few ways. One is they’re holding his RS6 hostage. That’s the RS6 that jhm tuned for him and that set a few rs6 records. If you want to read about how he really felt about jhm, euroswagr has a couple of links he will post. Corbett raving about jhm and his car and how happy he is… Even referencing how his high school aged mechanic installed everything wrong including his fuel system. That’s foreshadowing as it turned out. However once he got involved with AMD…ans I don’t mean having them work on his car, I mean opening up AMD detroit, he started a attacking jhm like it was his job. Trolling the RS4 section daily even though he seems to prefer 15 year old $5,000 cars.
Money talks.
