FT ran in - 2000 feet, and Denis ran his time in +1600. In fact FT ran in -2800 feet of DA!
The Delta is 4400 feet which would account for approximately 15% power delta! In other words, about 50-60 whp on Denis car. What does that mean?
On a non intercooled car like Denis’ that’s about 5 tenths and 5 mph of trap speed.
Denis readily admits he is not the best driver (although his launches are getting good…he just shifts too slowly and you can hear that in the video at about half a second per shift) and when you factor in a tenth or 1.5 from shifting slow and the DA his car is right where it should be.
Funny that flying troll is all over the other rs4s. There was one that didn’t run and a tuned one that ran 13 something. All that does is shows the poor da having an effect on the results. Skewering his troll attempt ironically
I have said it before but if flying tomatoes had run in 0 feet of density altitude, he’d have run about 11.5@122 mph. Ironically when a jhm stage 1 supercharger car ran in 0 feet with a good driver, it went 11.7@118.
If he had run in the DA Denis ran in, he’d probably struggle to run better than 11.9@119.
Makes you wonder why the Apr kit is $12,000 more expensive a d runs double the boost.
Also to make it look worse he says Denis is ‘3 full tenths slower than the fastest na rs4’

I was at a local Cars & Coffee this morning that was a German only gtg, and majority was from the Porsche Club. Well, talking to another one of the modified 996tt guys I’ve known for a bit, I was asking him how things were going b/c I know he’s been going back and forth on a built motor and serious power (aiming for 900-1000whp vs his current ~625whp).
He told me things were all coming together and the motor should be shipped out to Silly Rabbit Motorsports (SRM) in Las Vegas by the end of the summer for a 3.8L build (stock is 3.6L) with everything taken care of. . . I did my best to keep from laughing as I know there is no way to talk this guy through any decision he’s made.
But hard to believe his choice has been made to send it to SRM for a motor build, especially when he’s paid for a full ProEfi standalone and having Garth at Underground Racing tune the car. I dunno what his connection to SRM is, but I wish him the best.

All of these guys who go hardcover anti jhm do so for money. Think about it:
Dr quattro and the boys - they were all stasis sponsored and jhm and stasis competed on loads of things. Including when jhm pointed out that the stasis guys were ripping B7 S4 owners selling them the upgraded differential when the car came with it stock lol. Money talks.
NGNG - had seal with VF engineering to promote the B67 supercharger kit on the forums. He was compensated for sales. He had all kinds of jhm parts. Once jhm came out with their nitrous and supercharger though, suddenly jhm was the anti christ. Money talks.
Mick and Ben - ebwerks (doesn’t work as we found out) was going head to head with JHM selling B7 Rs4 exhausts and a couple other parts. Ben admitted he copied the jhm formula for the B7 RS4 exhaust and while jhm was getting set up with fast intentions and couldn’t sell exhausts for a year, Ben and mick slid in to attack jhm relentlessly on anything they could. Money talks.
Flying tomatoes - bought a bunch of jhm parts and posted that he liked them and supported the company. That is until he started working for Apr promoting their 1740 supercharger kit which was in direct competition with JHM RS4 program. Cue the guerrilla marketing smear campaigns and trolling and bumping 6 month old threads where someone’s crank pulley didn’t work. Money talks.
Now it’s Corbett’s turn. Why? Corbett is involved with AMD in a few ways. One is they’re holding his RS6 hostage. That’s the RS6 that jhm tuned for him and that set a few rs6 records.
