Someone who works for a “company” for a year, allegedly developed an exhaust from scratch and never got paid decides to NOT. Sue to get his due and proper? Does that sound right?
Here is my take on what happened.
Shit for brains bought jhm exhaust to get measurements to replicate. Dumb dumb had no stater cash or fab shop or skills to fabricate these exhausts. That’s where Enrique comes in. Sort of. That’s where Enrique’s FATHER comes in. A father who so happens to have a factory with floor space to build exhausts.
Once ben was done stealing jhm’s design and the final product was set to produce, Enrique got rid of the dead weight and kept all profits for himself.
Ironically ben was scammed, trying to scam…

I just went to view it and he deleted that post. It’s funny that on one hand he calls me out about being a Marine and then later says he is also a Marine or was. I’m not sure why he even came at me about the fucking Marine Corps. It leads me to believe he is more than a fucking tool. He also bought his RS4 in NOV, coming from his A4 that made like 220whp or whatever his sig says so he has NO CLUE who Ben and the other fucks in the community are.

Actually no. If you take your head out of your RS4’s ass, and look at the half a dozen or so exhaust systems available to the RS4, you’ll see that their designs vary wildly. One of them (JHM) stands head and shoulders above the rest, one of them (EBdoesn’t work) is a conceptual replica other than a poorly designed and poorly placed x-pipe, and the bends in the last 2 feet where they got all retarded with sharp bends and some awful sounding mufflers.

On that note, Ben tried to copy the Sebring mufflers that JHM uses (the actual ones that Danny from Fast Intentions designed for these 4.2 Audis actually)…then got rebuffed as Danny freaked out and Sebring honored his wishes to NOT sell Danny’s design to ebwerks. Danny is Sebring’s biggest customer. EBwerks and their flunky Mick F were raving about the Sebring sound…until they got news that they weren’t allowed to buy them. Then they started saying they were ‘cheap chinese cans’ and 'warper from heat ’ blah blah blah. I have a 2 year old JHM RS4 exhaust with those mufflers, and it looks like new.
So what did ebwerks do next? Copied the other exhaust that Ben has said he loved the sound of…GMG . Enrique just admitted that they use the same mufflers as GMG. CopyCatExhaustCo alive and well. Fucking pathetic.
That’s what I thought, couldn’t remember the details well enough to make an informed response though.
