What do you think about the exhaust’? Im planning of doing a 3 inch complete aluminum with X pipe and 100 cel cats ( and oem cat delated 4 of them)
Redline its a 7100rpm
today I reserved the S6. :wink:

3" mandrel bent w/ x pipe and cats out of the headers after the crossover would be ideal

You mean Aluminized steel? I think actual aluminum will dissipate too much of the exhaust’s heat too fast.

I mean aluminum, you are right about heat dissipation but with the right thick (tube)I think it can work pretty good( the idea its better flow and weight loss)
Joe please as soon you got some free time do the DIY regarding to the carbon prob.
