Just wondering if it would be too “ricey” if I were to put the Audi “Supercharged” badges where the “V8” badges used to be?

on the same note ive been debating the CF hood with the vents but am not sure if its too over the top as well.

I think our hoods are already aluminum, so no real value.
ON a second note. I really really really need to find some sort of way to delete the fogs. Is anyone aware of any type of fog delete grille kit, or business willing to build a on off grille set that deletes the fogs??? Really would love some help in this.
how bout the s6 foglights, theres a guy in the pic thread that has them and I really like it. im not sure about clearances though.
or u can go stage 2, smaller pulley = more room for fog light.
actually by the time u get back ill likely have my sc all done and maybe we can collaborate on a fix for this.

that’s the hood I was talkin about. I think the weight savings is only 17 pounds or something like that but the vents actually allow a shit ton of heat to escape.
other than marginal cooling gains, no point
B7 S4 hood = steel = 48 lbs
B7 RS4 hood = aluminium = 28 lbs
Carbon Fibre (dual sided with adequate latches) = 15 lbs
So spending $1500 for 13 lbs of sprung weight savings is a waste of money.
You’d be better off spending $1000 for titanium lug bolts to save 3.8 lbs of rotating unsprung wheel weight.

Too ricey for me. Maybe a very subtle duck bill CSL style trunk if they had or a carbon Cupra lip.
On another note has anyone Duplicolor Shadowlined their emblems? I am really thinking of doing it. I like blacked out, but think the black chrome look might be the bee’s knees… Thoughts?

I think those vorsteiner hoods are sick. Especially when color matched. But I’m kind of a carbon fiber whore…

The rs4 was never about look at me flashy stuff. It has the fuck you fenders, but most of the design is subtle (in a great way). The trunk has that beautifully shaped integrated spoiler and there are the front brake vents, all of which look great without being too much.
Raw carbon fibre is cool but maybe not on this car.
Interestingly last night when you did the grass donut , one of the camaro guys said to his buddy ‘damn that is way too nice of a car to be playing in the grass’… Kind of sums it up. It’s still ultimately a luxury sedan, and that’s how it was designed. It’s a businessman in a suit but you can see that he might also be an MMA fighter under the clothes.
The rs4 has too many badges IMHO. Wherever you look from, outside front/back/sides or from the inside, you see an RS4 badge. Except maybe if you’re a hooker in the trunk.

Here is what’s funny. It’s you had a v8 S4 I would say the supercharged badge might not be bad. I don’t think on the side of the car would be good. But on the trunk maybe. But on the Rs4 I would say no

All black on your car, even black chrome will throw thing soft man. But on that same note I wouldn’t leave the stock chrome badges. Maybe look into have them matched professionally to the color of wheels you choose. I think it would look pretty good to have all your trim blacked out with bronze emblems. I’m thinking it might be cool to leave the flag red too.
I’m a two color only tip of guy…black/red, black/gray, black/silver…black/bronze. It’s hard to pull off black/chrome and bronze…IMO of course.
