I’d like to carry on over there, but I just did my taxes and my head hurts bad enough as is… Not a good start to say the least. Based on the way those things work, I do think some people will see some type of gain, but at what cost when there are many other proven products out that safely do what they are supposed to do. As I stated there, as long as you understand what you are getting into, that’s fine. The problem is, it looks like most people that are going that route now are attracted to the price, and don’t truly understand what is going on with a product like that. I guess if they did, they would understand why it’s not a good option. Legitimately, I think it will end up being a product that could provide modest gains for some users, a lot of headaches for others, and the only real advantage it will have is cost and possible TD1 avoidance.
Yeah I’d like to see some real logs to be sure one way or the other… I’ll be quiet until then…

Doc, I think we are technically not supposed to know the settings even exist lol. They dont want us messing with them but the A6/A7 folks who had these last year posted up about the settings. Left is the amount of under signal or underboost and right is the point at which it triggers. There are some youtube videos on racechip that use the same board and dials. It explains the settings. I’m leaving mine alone for now.

I agree. Just seems overzealous, and oblivious to the fact that every year or so someone gets the idea that the generic piggyback is going to work this time. By my count, that’s 2-3 that felt butt dyno gains, and 2-3 that have failed miserably for 3 different reasons.
What’s up with everyone having different settings on the dials? These boxes are supposed to work on every car VAG car by just turning dials and jumper settings? Yikes :o

Piggyback was cool in the 90s that was 20 years ago. Using a piggyback is like putting tape on your dash to cover a cel… I get that the people attracted to this are cheap and uneducated. But they have to be smart enough to know there just paying for more boost not more fuel more rpm proper adjustment in timing.
Is AZ still blocking AR links… use tinny links it’s a Web page that converts the links. Audi zine keeps loosing the real members to AR so I can see how and why they would block it. Or just pm the guys that want a better website. Tell them to come here.
