What date and where at? I would love to come and most likely will if I can get some advanced notice… Just a lot going on with my family now so will see but the sooner we have a date than I can make plans… I am hitting Thompson this Sat. with Imolamonster and Lyunko, both B8 S4 owners… The conditions will be horrible, at nearly 90F and DA’s of 3K+ so I don’t expect any records… Just going to have some fun since I haven’t been in a while… Once Sept. hits I go every Sat. through Nov., weather permitting… Cold Nov. days is what I look forward to even if we don’t have stage III yet… I think I can go 11.6x as is… Keep me posted…
What’s Lyunko’s car all about?
Just a local guy with a B8 that posts on AW saw Imola and I were going so wanted to come along… I believe he is stock… He said he may not even make passes but I think he will… I also offered to do all the vag com mods for him… He has a custom blue color that I am looking forward to seeing on the S4, as I haven’t seen too many Audi’s in the color…
DSG or manual?
It will be interesting to see what he runs if he is stock.
Hey, where can I find your ‘best’ times in various configurations with your car PT?
i.e. your best pump gas time…your best stage 1 time etc.
His car is a DSG and yes I am curious to see what he runs also… Again, it is going to be 88-90F Sat. with a 3K+ DA so I don’t expect killer times… I’ll be happy to break into the 11’s…
I’ll post them or send you an email as I have them all on a spreadsheet at home… Never been to the track with 93 since tuned I think I went 2 or 3 times with 93 prior to being tuned but I’ll look and let you know for sure…

Maybe… I just dread the damn border… last time my wife and I went up there we were coming back and things were going smooth and than the border patrol dude asked me the license plate number of the car and I looked at my wife as it’s her car and she said I don’t know… Next thing you know we were having two dogs comb through the car and getting the riot act of questions for two hours…
^^ Really! I’ve never had a problem crossing the boarder nor have I ever been asked my license plate number while doing so! I’m sure if you bring your ownership and passport with you you’ll be fine.

I find the US border guys are always keen to ask me about 15 questions when I’m travelling alone. When I’m with my wife they usually don’t even look twice at us.
