Your mighty b5 jas been beeten several times over… every time a race with a well lmodded 4.2 from a low roll takes plafe the reesults are the same… I know the b5 desese makes you think the car is blinding quick but you act like your the first b5 owner that thought you had a fast car. There is an actual thread on here with links to countless races that prove you will loose from a slow roll…you seem to be the only one that didmt get the memo

Good to see you guys running your cars. Not sure a gauge cluster 0-60 mph time is too telling to be honest. What’s it basing that on, the ECU? Speed sensor?
Get a PBOX on there if you want to use a quick test. They’re fun and unreliable, but more reliable than most other options.
Dragstrip would be best. There really aren’t any frankenturbo cars on the dragstrip time list. Would like to see some get on there. A friend of mine ran his B5 with frankenturbos and vast tune / ER SMIC / AWE dps and exhaust…and he went like 13.3 @ 113 with a 3.2 60’ lol. Then the track closed due to rain.
Needless to say we didn’t put it on the list.
Ypu posted and said we need to race again from a dig because s9meone said you would whoop me there…then posting a 4.1 0-60 time that was calculated off the input from your ecu to your dash…ok great your gizmo says you did 4.1 and now your ready to take on the world…ok but…we already know how a b5 does from a slow roll…we all do…this isnt a secret…as I saiid apparently you missed the memo…its been shown in every video and every example unless your go8ng 45+ your go8ng to be playing catch up…simple…now launching your car hard and getting a good 0-60 time isnt that hard to do depending on the mods…most people own cars they dont wamt to constantly be fixing…unless you have a b5 and thats what most of them are constantly doong…

I think it will be advantage to the B7 but only up until about 80 mph…at which point the B5 should fly by.
I have plenty of pulls vs. B5 guys from low speeds, and they are kinda outmatched in a stoplight type race, but if you hit the top of 3rd gear, all hell breaks loose on those cars and they’re off.
Bro didn’t mean to come at you like that…the b5 comunity is getting cheeper and cheeper and the csrs are getting slower and slower…there is a new gizomo or gimmik every few months to try and make the fsiling b5 not seem so slow…thd 4.1 while probably not nessesarly accurate is fast…grest job…Iim just saying. off a slow roll your still going to be playing cstch up vs a 4.2… launching the csr well makes up for a lot of the short commings of the b5…was that better…

I bave raced all these locsl b5 guys…ko3 ko4 gt…they are all easy kills…25mhp roll and I walk away till any speed limit in the entire state is exceeded…thdn they cstch up

I’m still confused as to where I said I would win? I can’t foresee the future and I’ve never watched a video of a b5 and b6/7 racing from a slow roll. I just thought it would make for a good race.

That was in first from like 5 or 10. B7 won by 2 cars comfortably. Did it a couple of times.
The same guy got frankenturbos, ER SMIC, VAST tune, upgraded clutch and flywheel etc and we raced again.
I would put 2-3 cars on him from 10-50…then he would start coming back. By top of 3rd we would be tied. By top of 4th he would be a good 3-4 car lengths ahead.

Thanks for the video Saki. Doesn’t look like the b5 got beaten too badly? B7 had about a car length? So that’s a stage 2+ and I’m running more boost on k04’s, I’d think it would be a close race, no?
I’ve been well sorted stage 2+ cars from 20 mph. I think it depends a lot on the cars. Also, ER side mounts have been shown as more restrictive which can slightly hurt response.

Anyways, moral of my post was that I just wanted to do some friendly pulls with Alex’s b7. I thought they would be good races, I guess I was wrong.
No thats what im saying… a stsge 2 csr stands. Better chance down low…a stage 3 car is slower off the rolll due to lag…sure when the boost comes in you make more power amd gain more ground but you also lost more down low with the lag…unless you go from a dead stop and yiu launch the shit out of it…
All im saying…cool 4.1 most b5 guys with big power are 6.0…good package you have going on
