Density Altitiude. Some tracks put it directly on the timeslip, but if it isn’t there we should be able to find it based of the time of the run.

Ya man his power up top with the manifold is nice…and that lwfw and clutch is making for some great 60ft times…I’m envious.
with a full 2.5 inch exhaust I think 12.60s would be possible…

my car on JHMLA was mostly mid-high 1.8s but the best run was a 1.82
@ Euroswagr You had some good runs too. You should get the slip posted up of your best time. 13.14 is moving. I’d love to hit that my first time out

Damn I am still really impressed with Ryan’s run. According to what I can see, he’s the ONLY dude in the 12’s with a 2.25. I wonder if some of the 2.25 fan boys (if there’s any still around) will start talking shit again. It’s obvious that the 2.5 is always going to be better, just wondering if we’ll see any of that non-sense pop up.
And damn it to shit that there is no 1/4 mile strip close to where I live. There used to be one right across the main road from my house and when it was here, I didn’t have the S4.

^^^supercharged cars were in the 12s with 2.25 (V8S4fun and bluerocket) as was justincredible’s car on nitrous (12.9 I believe) when he tested the milltek (and 12.2 with the proper 2.5" catback)
I think it’s a bit of a chicken and egg discussion though
to get into the 12s all motor, you need JHM tuning
to get JHM tuning, you are told by JHM you need 2.5
to get JHM tuning, you are also likely ‘forum educated’ enough to know that 2.5 just works better
So it’s pretty rare that people dismiss the recommendation of JHM and get a JHM tune with a 2.25 catback. Further, it’s even more rare that someone gets a JHM tune…a JHM recommended 2.5" catless downpipe…a JHM shifter and trio…a JHM intake manifold…but stick with a 2.25" catback since if you know about those other mods you also know you’re leaving something on the table sticking with 2.25.

also noticed on az that v8s4ryan has 275.30.19 tires on. While the heavier wheel may hurt, those tires are certianly responsible for helping the car launch so hard
the red car sounds fantastic. Really reminds me of my old S4. Scary how similar in fact.
those tires are off the car and are 18 inch the tires were conti dws 215/35/19. and i was not hitting LA i was around 4500 to 5000 rpm during launch i just couldnt time it right. i somehow did everthing wrong on my first run cause my windows are down too lol i suck.!!!
