IMO the RS4 left some on the table and not just the launch… Tsiavas made up more time from 60-330 than he did in the 60ft… When’s the 1-2 and 2-3 on the RS4… Top end of the track the cars were very very close…

Hard to compare a DSG and manual though…the RS4 will never be that perfect.

The big picture is he didn’t leave 7mph on the table…the car is down on power or the kit never made that power to begin with and the AMvivagmgKMD run was only made to sell kits (unbolted exhaust, stripped interior, higher octane)

Euro, No doubt bud… In the other thread I said no way this is a low 11 second car and it isn’t like AMD claims… Fuck it ran same time same track as the only 11.5x B8 S4 and went 11.9x… My point was/is it’s faster than 11.9 it ran and I’m not shitting on the driver but like you said it’s tough to compare… IMO with the right launch and great shifts it’s an 11.5x car like the B8 it raced…

What kind of fuel was the RS4 running? 93? 104? I was under the impression that trap is less dependent on the driver and more a marker of power being made? Either way the little supercharged 3.0 has destroyed a supercharged 4.2 or at the very least, is making as much power as the 4.2, based on today’s data.

Wait…this is perfect. From one of AMDs finest. This was all about trap and shakedowns…

4th is 128ish I think

Rs4 left very little in the table on the launch I’d say. 1.80 is solid. Not the best but very solid. Enough that there’s no question marks about the driver so it’s either hardware or density altitude holding it back and seeing that the DA was excellent, somethings wrong hardware wise.

To have a 1.9 L blower filling a 4.2 V8 that revs to 8200…and it’s only trapping 0.5mph better than the S4 means something is definitely wrong.
