Good eye regarding the short shifting! I was actually shifting manually since tests showed me that if i let the car to shift on its own during the 1/4 mile i am running slower!
When i first tried i was letting the car to shift on its own… About 119 mph traps… I felt that the car if it would shift close to the 6500rpm mark, there was a slight power drop and a delay from the tranny… As soon as i started shifting manually a bit earlier, the traps jumped 2-3 mph!!!

My friend was in the stands but didn’t show me any videos of the RS7’s. Had actually called and asked him to shoot the run when the white one went up to run. I think you and your friend ran to see he’s run too. He got me the time 10.61 but never took any video of either one you guys.

i have videos of the white one, his 1st 10.61 and his 10.68 where he hit rev limiter in a couple of gears and a fuel cut or boost cut and he let go… This run could have been a crazy 10.2-10.3 since he managed to run a 10.688 @ 119 only!!!
That is wild! Yes, APR is running some times like that from what I’ve read and seen on YouTube . They’re down there with stage 1 tune and some other goodies. Can’t wait to see them go sub 10’s…!
