Oh, I forgot TVS1320 supercharger and as my description says 2013 B8.5 S4 with DSG don’t remember if I out the weight with driver but it was 4135 at the drag strip scale. Anything else I missed please let me know, thanks.

Nice. That’s very quick.

What was the deal on the one slow run? Was that launch control and the other 2 quick ones were ‘official PrimeTime smash+go’?

No L/C smash and go was the method. If you look at the slips I put notes on them all. Thought I should have ran similar and maybe even better than the previous runs.
Had cleared CEL for P0089 code from earlier run, don’t know if that affects anything.
Staged really deep left the only the bottom stage light on (turned to watch Mustang w/ slicks do burnout) and slipped off pedal a little, ooops.
How this happened is beyond me passenger side window was completely open started closing it on way down the track (I and officials missed it)
60’ seems slower 1.9 compared to the two previous runs.
ANY OF THESE COULD HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE OR NOT. WHAT DO YOU THINK…? I’m stumped…I gave you all my excuses lmao…

I would like to include my 2015 Audi RS7 best time so far on the list…

My 8th run ever with the car, with approximately 1850 miles on the odometer… Bone stock with half tank of 93 octane and weight with driver at 4765 lbs.

So my 8th run is the best so far at 11.473 @ 121.85 mph…

Here’s a POV video of the run…

The 11.47 is backed by a 11.48 on the same day…

And here’s me weighting the car on the track’s scale…

This was at Raceway PArk (Englishtown) last Wednesday, 4/15/15…

I also saw a few S4s there along with a white tuned RS7 which was running 10.6s!

I am still looking for an exterior video on youtube since both myself and my buddy were driving in the same group…

OMG welcome and awesome. Great car even better attitude getting the car to the track.

Please please post in the RS7 section. I would love to see more pics and just over all the car. It’s so cool to have real car guys buying an RS7.

Nice lookin Evo as well. Those cars are nasty fast for a 4 door as well.

That is one helluva first post. Welcome!

Is your car short shifting? Seems like it from the video.

thank you for the welcome!

I will be posting various rs7 related threads as i am a car buff and i always try to contribute to the community.

Good eye regarding the short shifting! I was actually shifting manually since tests showed me that if i let the car to shift on its own during the 1/4 mile i am running slower!

When i first tried i was letting the car to shift on its own… About 119 mph traps… I felt that the car if it would shift close to the 6500rpm mark, there was a slight power drop and a delay from the tranny… As soon as i started shifting manually a bit earlier, the traps jumped 2-3 mph!!!

Kouzman, nice times man! I was in lane 1 parked behind for that 2 1/2 hour wait, the Monsoon S4. See you’ll at there sometime soon.
