It’s a bit of hoarding on my part, it won’t go on until next year, but will make stage II a bit easier for me to re-install in the future (everything back to stock now). Am I allowed to say the approx size of the pulley?
Not sure i’d switch tunes if I already paid but in the past jhm vs apr/giac has been a massive difference in every one of these platforms…

In every one of those cars JHM came out late to the party…and then absolutely slaughtered the APR and GIAC offerings. I’m talking bus lengths. So it will be interesting to see if they can keep that up here against the very stout and successful APR/GIAC 3.0T offerings.
As for you not getting stage 3 I’d say two things
It’s not apr’s party anymore. Looks like they’re under Magnuson’s thumb financially, so they’re stepping aside for the most part and don’t have much say.

Yeah, I agree it’s not APR’s party with the stage III… I think it’s a little different than you infer as I think Magnuson is the one who is really trying to push these blowers as they are the ones on the hook with Eaton not APR. APR has never purchased direct from Eaton, I’m positive of that… My thoughts on the topic are that APR realized w/o someone running race gas or E85 full time this kit was not going to do much given the IAT issues on pump gas. They told Magnuson we’re not going forward and thus Magnuson took over and said hey will pay you to tune and support… Maybe APR was conrtactually obligated to do that? Not sure… Again, my take and I could be all wrong!
You may be right on them doing me a favor? I still think the kit has potential especially for someone like me who runs race gas full time and logs nearly all hard driving to make sure the motor’s not about to go boom… For 99% of the others who would buy this I don’t think it’s a good idea at this point. W/M may help and allow a nice gain on pump but who knows at this point. I’ll be honest I would have felt bad if I got it and went and ran good times on race gas and that helped sell kits to people who wouldn’t run race gas and bought off of mine or APR’s times, as all of APR’s data was on race gas and a “drag setup” car…

I haven’t been on here lately. Used to have a B8 S4 and made a trip to Cayuga with a Toronto Audi group a few years ago when it was Stage 1.
Now have a C7.5 S6 which is stock except for Eurocode suspension goodies. Is there a trip now being planned to one of the Toronto area drag strips? I would love to join.
