“unofficiall” ran 11.77@116.xxmph without a time slip though…My friends told me my time.

The guy handing out the slip gave me the incorrect slip, and so did the two cars in front of him and behind me. Oh well, next time I suppose!

Car runs good but now the car feels stronger:

Today i decided to use an e30 mix on the pump 93 file (96 octane total). Car pulls harder to me across the entire rev range, so I don’t think my E38 mix on race is sufficient to run that aggressive of file. Going back Thursday and Saturday for test n tune to “test” it out.

Loe, Very nice times especially with the DA… Sucks they screwed up the slips… Are you running the “pump” tune or switching to race with the e85 mix? Some LW wheels and dual pulley you’ll be right there… Good stuff man! Jealous I can’t make passes this time of the year… lol

he wrote ‘race file’ in his mods

Loe that sucks about the 11.77. Maybe if you contact them they can reprint it for you? Or some of the tracks have their times all online, with car numbers and everything.

Whoops missed that… Time for coffee #2… lol thanks!

My car decided on the way to track to lose its adaptation (or at least give me the feeling of losing its adaptation value’s) Not sure why, but my car felt flat all the way to redline versus earlier this week on the pump 93 file using e85/93 octane felt stronger. Anyways, best was 11.989@114.5x mph, but then the car magically felt stronger on the way home after a couple 3rd gear adaptation runs. I guess i’ll have to test it out again Saturday morning at test-n-tune.

Hello, please update my time in the database for hawkpilot6060, thanks!

Rick, welcome to AR! Do you have the blower pulley and crank or just crank? No dsg tune so I assume you’re launching off idle? Pretty good times for pump…

My Car: 2014 Audi S5 - DSG, 28,413 miles, 3/4 tank of gas, no weight reduction.

Mods: GIAC stage II tune, GIAC DSG tune with 4000 rpm LC, AWE-tuning pulley, AFe Pro 5r filter, airbox mod, 034 Silicon TBB. GIAC Race file, fuel E85/93 octane mix (E38).

No weight reduction, 3/4 tank of gas. OEM 19" rotor wheels (S5), OEM Dunlop Sport Maxx GT 255/35/19 38psi f/r

Conditions: 65F, 30.03BP, and 72% humidity for a DA of + 523 feet.

I think this is the newest B8.5 world record?

DA was good, wind was low and the wind itself was a nice stiff cold one with a cold front approaching. Ran consistent 11.74@116.9x mph, one 11.717@117.06mph. I feel there is more in it as I didn’t get an opportunity for proper cool down between runs as I was always near the back of the staging lanes resulting in 195F oil temps by the time I ran.

I’m so close to 11.69 I can almost taste it. More to come with better D/A.

Thanks for the welcome! I have the lightened pulley, the oversize was not out at the time or I would have done it. I am happy with the time but really want an 11.9xxx!

Track grip got worse as the night went on, I couldn’t take advantage of the upper 50F temps spinning 1st and into 2nd gear. Oh well, maybe an 11.5x at the next track event in Feb? I smelled 11.6x the last time, I think I can get it into 11.5x, we will see!

Lets try this again, but with a link to a photo…
