in regards to S6 and 550xi i think the 550xi is an A6 contender not S6 my car is about 300-400 lbs heavier than S6.
Same day i was there some guy ran 11.6 @ 118 in his S6 APR, Intake that’s what he told me at least.

M5 vs RS6/RS7 (RS6 is Europe/ROW only unfortunately)
550xi vs. S6
535xi vs. A6 3.0T (supercharged…same engine as the S4)

Welcome to the site. Sounds like that platform is pretty solid.

You mention you ‘run 12.1’. How many times have you done that? What modifications were requred to do go 12.1? Thanks. The AWD BMW and MB cars are interesting to me, lving in Canada. The RWD stuff is a non-starter.

octane of the fuel you used
other mods (intake mani? lw rotors? FMIC/SMIC? etc.)
other info (any weight reduction done? tire size? density altitude if you know it…however DA corrected times are never going on this list, but it is always interesting to know in extreme cases if a car ran at say -1000 feet, or +6000 feet)

the run was not recorded because my go pro was inside car and the board that shows time was hit by lighting so it did not show times. I was running 12.2 about 6 times in a row and when i was given last run before track closes i pulled a 12.1

my mods: BMS stage 1 tune on 100 octane that’s it.

I ordered catted down pipes so hope i will get in to 11’s.

i think 550xi would need a DCT to be a true competitor for S6

Welcome to the forum… Awesome car you have there… Impressed by the 60ft time…

Quick tip… Try to shallow stage… After you trip the first set of staging lights slowly creep forward and the instant you see the second staging light brake… Probably would have netted you 2-3 hundredths… Sorry, I’m a drag racing geek… Lol

Impressive… my experience with bmw is they tend to get all fussy when you beat on them…like lights all over the dash and easy limp mode…is that still an issue…
