As we learned in the ‘fake accounts’ drama thread, someone has crossed a line. Not in making fake accounts…that has been shown to be categorically wrong. This is much different.
In the past couple of days, a group of people had a goofy theory that Count Vohn who tunes for JHM, and who avoided the internet almost entirely for the past 5 years before helping AR with the odd informative post, was not who he said he was.
They claimed that he was in fact posting all these years under varoius userids including, but not limited to
justincredible (we know this is bogus because like 20 of us have met Justin)
jfunkey/chrisk (again we know this is bogus because so many of us have met jfunkey/chrisk)
sakimano (I have met probably 100 people from the forums either at Michigan meets, Toronto meets, GTA Exotic cruises with Saturn, doing vagcom for guys at my house, selling used parts, buying a car from afretes at Audi of Mississauga on an Audizine classified ad? But I don’t exist?)
So clearly their theory is a crock. We know that. They didn’t know that though…they wanted to find more info so what did they do next?
They called some people in the Detroit area, found Kurt’s family home, and called his wife for info.
THEY LIED AND SAID THEY WERE A DETECTIVE, AND INTERROGATED HER OVER THE TELEPHONE
Unfortunately for them they were fucking too dumb to realise that when you pretend to be a cop, and then ask a bunch of questions about some internet forum drama and the B5 S4, it is going to be pretty obvious you’re just an idiot B5 forum member.
So, in this thread, we will be the detectives. We will find out who did this and out them. So far, we have the folloiwing information

there was an email chain of audizine members brewing up these theories.

RTL5009 started a thread on audizine (Rrtl5009) bringing this theory to light, pretending to just be wondering what’s going on

SNOW TROOPER was involved in this email chain and forwarded it to other people. He is the earliest person we know of on the email chain. He also was the one who made this issue go ballistic with his posts on NUMEROUS threads here on audirevolution acting outraged at this big ‘sham’. Since we’re all playing detective, until he can say where he received this chain from, it started with him as he is the earliest link we know of.

MEOW was copied in on this email chain by snow trooper, and Meow went fucking crazy starting threads, making raging posts and just acting like an unblanced bipolar crazy person. He only shut his mouth recently, when he was reminded that he has posted quite a lot of personal infoirmation about himself (including his future employer), and is making a fool of himself. One interesting thing is that the ‘detective’ who called count vohn’s family home was asking questoins about the allroad that blew the transmissoin at the dragstrip. In fact they were digging to see if the engine was actually blown. That’s interesting because Meow has posted a few times, erroneously, that the allroad blew it’s engine at the dragstrip “I bet he floated a valve” and a few other comments. Shitforbrains must have missed the part where Count Vohn drove the car away from Lapeer, in the middle of fucking nowhere. Anyway, the ‘detective’ badgering on that topic makes me very suspicious that he would try to flesh out the theory Meow had.
So that’s where we stand. Those guys named here should just come forward and tell the pertinent parties (namely Count Vohn) what they know and get this over with.
Anyone have any more information?
