I know which one you’re talking about but those are just two separate o-rings that just happen to look like that because of the way they’re oriented. I already set aside the oil filter housing o-ring and housing gasket
Should be considered middle-of-the-road wear. I’ve seen people with better and with worse. Either way, I think the wait for the JHM adjuster repair kit was worth it
aluminum? Aren’t the OEM ones steel? They felt like steel anyway I didn’t get to feel the weight. Aluminum is a bit softer though, wonder how they got it to be tougher. They certainly look pretty nice.
The oracle has spoken. They are definitely not aluminum they are much harder then stock that’s very nice to see. Great updates keep em coming great work. Did you find out where those seals went.
Nope! No idea where in the world they’re supposed to go haha
I’m pretty pissed off at the moment because I just drove all the way to the powdercoater to check the progress… Last week, I dropped the stuff off on Tuesday and they said that they’d try and get it done by that Friday. I went today and they said they might be able to get them done by this Thursday. Like wtf!!! That’s like double the original eta. Not cool at all
Also, back to a question I posted like a couple pages ago that’s really worrying me now… My front crank seal that I bought from you guys (Victor-reinz not oem) went on like suuuuper easy… It went on like butter. So I’m really worried about it leaking because it’s supposed to be so difficult to get on. Maybe because it wasn’t OEM, it was out of tolerance?
