That’s correct. And the same person who had the relationship with APR while at VAST has moved on to JHM, which is why I believe he encryption is what they use with APR, not the tune changing in the stalk.

If I wanted a supercharged v8, the Audi 4.2 would be the LAST motor I would do it on.

I’m not going to sit here and argue that the Audi 4.2 V8s are the best motor ever designed, in fact I’d probably be the first to point out all of it’s flaws. Those flaws are being addressed though and when the B6/7 guys have a built motor option…it’s going to be a different game. The B5s are what 12-13 years old…B6s are 8-9, imagine where the platform will be in 3 or 4 years.

…and saying “Audi 4.2” is dangerous, because the RS4 motor is probably going to put down some pretty impressive numbers with the JHM supercharger setup.
