Nice! Good for you… If only it came in sedan form, as I just can’t get over the looks… Awesome car no doubt, congrats!

Like I said looks much better but you shouldn’t have to run a blend to not get timing pull on a 91/93 file which is what I believe GIAC states this is… Also, the boost bleed is not good but not killing you… Your IAT’s were stellar on both occasions so the octane is what’s doing it… I don’t buy the bad gas theroy… Once that tanks done try a different 93 station and see what it looks like, especially since it’s about to get cold again…

thanks Ron- The looks are definitely an acquired taste, but I’ve been looking around for a while now and this one is priced really well - not to mention 6yr (starting from 10/15) 100k CPO warranty and Audicare that conveys so I think its good deal for me overall!

Ended up a different direction than what I first posted- Brought her home last night, what a car!

Congrats man! Enjoy it and keep us posted… You going to tune it? lol

That’s a given

just keeping in touch with progress of the new ride thus far- Suspension Control module is on, Wheels and Tires on, Wrap and CQuartz done. Uni Stage 1+ coming next month after stock runs which should be March 4th-weather permitting

Looks awesome… I think the black wheels go well… Love the lowered look also. A/S is neat since you can adjust it, my Macan Turbo is A/S…

Saw the wheels you’re trying to sell… Do you know if they will work with a Brembo BBK? I may be interested but would want to be certain they fit? I’ll look into on my end this weekend but curious if you know or can find out…

Thanks Ron- If they fit on an S4 w/Q5 brakes they should work on yours too I’d think- I’ll see what I can find out and get back- I’m flexible on the price too, if they would work and you’re interested we can work something out I’m sure.

The RS7 looks great. Nice work, and I’m jealous…

wow what did you change? From what I can tell all you did was put black wheels on and popped the spoiler, and now it looks like an axe murderer

I am starting to like the idea of the RS7. Unfortunately headroom is a killer for me.

I have to say they’re shockingly fast. We ripped around in one in Detroit once and it was just incredible. racing B8 S4s with every mod imaginable it just put bus lengths on them, and B8 S4s will destroy almost anything on the road.

^^ I see what you did there

Thanks! Axe Murderer was what I was going for

Its an animal for sure, I’m hoping to get my tune soon, I may have switched gears though and decided on APR- Uni may be just as good but they don’t have the time slips to back up their performance yet, and at $3k for a stage 1 tune I don’t want buyers remorse.

what did I do?

wasn’t shitting on B8 S4s at all. Rather they’re a great benchmark of predictible racing speed. They’re 11.5 cars that trap 118-120 and do it on command…and the Rs7 was just slaying them.

My RS4 gets left in the dust by B8 S4s so riding in the passenger seat of the RS7 (and weighing 240 lbs while the driver weighed even more) and seeing the B8 guys look like they forgot to race was a real eye opener. That basic tune only RS7 that night trapped 130 mph and ran high 10s every pass.

case in point- guy from the AZ C7 forum has been killing it with his Stage 2 104 RS7, He’s car 53, check out the MPH and the 1/8th to 1/4 mile turn :o

Damn that is quick with minimal mods! Much higher mph nice!

What does it take to make one of these cars a stage 2

just downpipes (APR’s are 76mm (3’’) w/hi-flow cats) and stage 2 flash. $5000k plus install, stock exhaust, stock intake can still be used.
