Happy thanks giving everyone,some nice and lazy day i decided to do a nice clean up on my car and use some carnauba wax!

I remember reading about how you put that mesh in the grille in front of the supercharger, what did u use again? id rather do that than have the solid piece that they send with the kit, more air across it the better right. and what did u do with the fog light lens to keep it in there?

whered u get your boost gauge and how do u like it?

Looks the same as the boost gauge in the blue JHM car. Maybe JHM can hook you up

hey how u doing!? So the mesh i used two kind one with very small holes and not so hard and the other one w bigger holes but harder material that could stop any rocks or stuff that could go there!
I trimmed the meshes and i used only 5 very small zip ties almost cant see them, it looked like it came from factory like that:) the uncut meshes i can take a pic for you later i got them from orchard supplies and spent about 10$:)
And then the boost gauge i got it from jhm but its from PLX the one that i have it can read boost air fuel vacuum is around 200$ that will be the best one to go or u could go w the vent ones, P3 vent gauge they are a bit more pricy!last i did the rear plate calipers from rs7

Cool idea. NICETTS did something similar when he moved to the TTRS grille on his TTS. He put behind it a smaller grille so you cant see the crash bar, intercooler etc. Ill have him post a pic in here.

I’m digging the RS4 wheel

I will pay someone $100 to figure out how to make those 4 buttons control the following

volume up and down
phone answer/hangup, or voice dial activation
scrolling through menus
switch scroll from songs menu to phone menu

It’s the fattest, best looking steering wheel out there for any Audi, other than the $2500 R8 GT wheel, which has a pile of carbon fibre on it etc.

I guess I could just buy a multifunction RS6 wheel or something, but I don’t think it’s the same shape/thickness. Wish there was some definitive comparison of all of the steering wheels somewhere.

Ya man I dig the mesh that’s exactly what I think I’ll do as well. Just gotta find some up here. Maybe home Depot or something. What did u do with the fog light hole. ?

oh yea sorry i forgot about the fog light, so what i did was i measured the back of the fog light to see how much i could cut,so i cut it enough so the pulley wont touch the fog light, and i put the fog light back w/o the bulbs,and plastidip both fogs to match w the rest of the grille, but you can leave w/o the plastidip and leave the fog lights clear.
Im going to order a cheap fog light from ecs and im going to try to make it work now that i will have some time!

so saki actually i can control almost everything from the steering wheel, trip set laps the S button, the only thing I cant do is control de radio because when I istalled the after market pionner the place where i did the job didnt have the right cable to do the convertion to my car and took me forever to go back when i did it was a different owner and i didnt have the receipt w me,so i lost my 120$ cable money and never went back again!and the steering wheel was 900$ w air bag!:)brand new

Car looks great man, I actually think I saw your car at JHM when I picked mine up 2 weeks ago. Good call on the mesh. I want to do something different than the plastic block off plate as it doesn’t look anywhere near as clean as yours. I also would like to know where you grabbed the steering wheel. Sounds like you grabbed it from the classifieds or craigslist.

So guys i have a friend that used to sell the steering wheel he imported from germany, i think he knows somebody there that used to send him some rs4,ttrs wheels for cheap, i got lucky because i bought the last one he would import!:frowning:
