Been over 10 yrs since we’d been to telluride. Love it. Most mountain resort areas are pretty damn sweet.
Ever been to powder mountain? That’s where I’m headed.
I have not been to powder mtn. Old school place, no. Like 8 lifts but I think they shuttle you around the area too. Big acreage iirc though.

Driving out of there on Friday was a bit depressing. It was dumping good. Couldn’t ski if I wanted to stay anyway. Tweaked a knee pretty good. Nice grapefruit for the 15 hr drive home.

Beautiful day yesterday. It even snowed some. It’s supposed to snow all week there so it’ll be a good weekend next weekend!
Mmm night skiing. Haven’t done that in more than 20 yrs maybe more.

Well that weekend was a bust. Got so much snow and wind the mountain closed Saturday (both by me actually) and then Sunday waited for half the day hoping they would open but had a few avalanches across the road. 36" in two days will do that I guess. Thursday and Friday were awesome though, yesterday wasn’t bad just some heavy snow.
