Twin GT35's on 4psi

That’s pretty epic. Fun to follow your project.

Thanks guys! Found out (like an idiot :joy:) that I had the wrong springs in the Tial wastegates… put in the correct ones and she’s making 5.5-6psi now. Good enough for me! Will probably add a few degrees of timing in the next few days, but she’s already a rocket; much fastest than it was when N/A.

My 520hp manual RS6 didn’t blow through 1st and 2nd like this thing does… I’ll relax with the updates as to not flood the C6 community anymore than I have, just know that there is hope for these motors

Was able to get a solid 0-125mph run and the log is looking decent. Peaked 5psi, AFR was around 11.8, 65% Injector Duty Cycle and ignition was chilling at ~9 degree’s. Adding a few degree’s of timing and hoping the block stays together.

Figure we’ll stop around 700hp; plans for a build bottom end are already in the works. Road to +1200hp starts soon!

Been a minute since I had a full on update of the car so anyways…

I also just picked up this Allroad, and drove 850 miles from Georgia to New Jersey… while I don’t think it’ll fit a V10, I do KNOW it’ll fit a RS5 4.2! :grin::grin:

4.0t for the allroad for sure.

Anybody else as surprised as I am this thing is still together?

Amazing! Love it!

Swapped out the 4psi springs for the 7psi. We’re going to do some serious tuning this weekend as the cars only running 8° of timing and hopefully get the VVT’s switched on to maximize power and torque!

this turbo build has been without VVT all this time? Damn that’ll change things

Never ended up turning the VVT on, but with this power I could care less… not sure how much it’s making or if it’s even safe, but 7psi with 12-13° of timing in it.

Going to leave it here for the foreseeable future and focus on dialing in the cold start/fuel enrichment part.

Any guesses on what is making?

Looks like about 550whp.

Updated the breather lines going into the Radium Air/Oil Seperator so theyre symetrical now… other than that just enjoying the car. The 5.2 V10 is holding up great thus far

Looks amazing!
Im going to guess it’s making a crap ton of horsepower, but if you want a number, I’ll say 615. ??

Sounds about right…

Here’s the final update until I go with a built block later this year. Figured there’s no reason to post the same stuff over and over again, but I did capture this pull to the top of 5th!

Keep in mind this is a 14x,xxx unopened engine that I pulled out of a car off Copart over 3 years ago. 8psi doesn’t seem to be an issue for this motor, would be great if more could follow knowing this info!

Wow!!
That is some serious power!

She definitely boogies! So I just kinda figured this was interesting…

I drove to the only weight station I was familiar with and got the car on the scales. Factory URS6 Avant with the iron block 2.2t AAN motor weighs 3747lbs. The bad boy clocked in at a staggering 3760lbs on the scales! Not too shabby for doubling the cylinders, turbos, and intercoolers!

Also did some fuel calculations filling up before and after (total of 251 miles driven) and fuel consumption was at a solid 19mpg!

The next door neighbor that’s been asking for a ride for the past 3 years…

Started tearing apart the Allroad and the RS5 yesterday, should have the RS5 swapped Avant done. Firing it up tomorrow; almost done!!
