few notes…
…Car was still adapting and I ran out of time/gas as there was a Jeep SRT8 with 440 stroker that came to test and I did a boatload of datalogs/spotting before actually running… did about 4 runs with the pbox portion and started at 10.9s and kept dropping each run by 0.1s.
…Run was done on slight uphill.
…DA wasn’t as good as other night.
…Shift delay happened on last run that was looking faster than run above.
I like the Shell URT gas. Logs looked great. Def had a 10.5s 60-130 in it that night. I’ll go out and try again another night. I might have fix coming for shift delay/slip we see on occasion with fast shifts.
We also ran that Jeep SRT8 with 440 stroker motor (7.2L). I somehow forgot to put SD card back on pbox unit before he ran in my rushing to do his car… screen said 10.8s as his best run. He is coming back again to do right. He was on pump 93 gas.
i would love to find a source who could ship it to me (at least to my US address) i can always fight with CBSA to import it myself… LOL That stuff seems nuts!
-No ethanol, shelf life unopened for 2 years.
-Unleaded, stoich is pretty close to 93 pump gas.
-Highest octane(research + motor octane/2) unleaded racing fuel
available on the market today
-contains a lead replacement additive that protects against
exhaust valve seat recession
-contains no oxygen and provides detonation resistance previously only
possible using lead
-has performed better than C-16 on high boost applications on the dyno
