I dunno. The C7 S6 is a softer car in general, throttle response is slow, the suspension response is slow, air springs too don’t forget. It’s a rocket couch, I already have one of those at home.
The C6 RS6 is even worse, from what I understand, but I’ve never been in one.
Not sure where you got that? I mean you’re right…but how’d you see that in my post that you quoted?
The Rs7 looks just like the S7 which looks just like the A7. Same body save the grille and rear diffuser. Not so impressed.
I was at the Toronto Auto Show and they had a white RS7 but funny enough just off in the background they had a white A7. I looked at the two and walked away disappointed. Where’s the crazy RS look?
B5 RS4? WAY different to the A4/S4
B7 RS5? WAY different to the A4/S4
C5 RS6? Different…although maybe not different enough with the 4.2 A6 getting its widebody
C6 RS6? WAY different to the A6/S6
B8 RS4? WAY different to the A4/S4
C7 RS6? WAY different to the A6/S6
B8 RS5? Different, but it’s subtle until you put them side by side. The RS5 is much fatter.
RS7?? Hardly different.
RS3? Hardly different.
It’s a bit disappointing if this is the trend. At least the C7 RS6 looks like a B7 RS4 times 1.15. It’s awesome.
i could tell from your forum tone
you forgot about the tt-rs also not being that different besides front and rear bumper, grill and wing(which is optional anyway)
and the rsq3
I just got a PM from a Moderator over at AZ, thanking me for bashing itguy for being a lying douchebag.
[QUOTE=Justincredible]I saw your post in the B8 fourm. That itguy has been on suspension for selling china parts in the B5 section. The members you see “sticking up for him” are B5 guys. Its a scam while he might or might not have made parts for his car what he isn’t telling anyone is that his tuning has blown up his motor…funny he left that out of the fourm. As a moderator I can’t say or share that information. I just am happy to see members see a con artists and call him out. Seems he is the one that offers nothing to the forum… I can take a picture of anything I Want and say I went that fast too.
In the future. Feel free to report posts where this member continues to try and advertise HOPEING someone will listen and give him money for untested products.

That’s hilarious actually… Sad thing is that if he was willing to pay them you probably would have gotten a infraction so it’s really not his content it’s his lack of funding the site… Still funny though…
I went with GIAC knowing damn well that APR was developing a Stage 3 and AWE/GIAC had no mention of it. Stage 2 is more than enough for me for the time being. If i crave more power I rather trade my car in for a used C7 S6 and go APR stg1 than drop $10k on a supercharger kit.

Yea I’ve been a bit discouraged about this aesthetic trend as well, but you’re seeing similar from /M and AMG (except for black series, they’re still nuts). It seems /M makes their initial offering pretty different and special, and then as they “facelift” them, the “sport version” cars have almost identical aesthetics as the /M cars do.
When you mentioned the RS3 coming to NA, that really excited me, but seeing the pictures, it could easily be the look of a A3 sedan. Just seems far from the “RS” lineage of yesterday.
