Updated Vbox list.....

The exact setup that ran the 11.1 on pump should be able to go between 7.9-8.8 60-130 on pump IMO.

I would say a car with a similar setup to Paul now should go 11.5ish on 93.

Those M3s are pretty crazy. That car would probably trap closer to 130 wouldn’t it?

On just 93 @ 9PSI they trap between 125-129 from what I’ve seen, mostly in mid to low 11’s and a select few on drag radials running 10.8-10.9

It’s impressive how far the E92 has come. For a while it seemed kinda stagnant and left behind, but that is quite impressive. However that Is a ~$20-$25k kit or something isn’t it for just the blower, not including clutch and other bolt ons.

RS4 return is a lot better with the JHM kit.

Yeah, Paul’ mod list is good for 12.2-12.4 @ 111-113. If the car is happy and healthy and carbon free, should do that no problem.

The RS4s are just agile off the line, but aren’t as strong up top as the B8 S4s with the tune/pulley and decat. Where the B8 might trap 113-115, the RS4 is a couple of ticks slower. That will show up in the 60-130 stuff. The RS4 will give up probably a full second to the B8 in 60-130 even if they were neck and neck from a dig to 1320 feet.

Yeah, the trap speeds are going to tell you a whole lot about what 60-130 times will be. The RS4 is very quick 0-60 mph though, so keep that in mind too. Probably down near 3.2 seconds with stage beams (around 8"). So 60-125 takes it about 8 seconds, and then it needs to go from 125-130 which takes a while.

Probably high 8s as guessed by you two.

It’s just a bad test I feel, since it’s hard to do it anywhere you won’t worry about killing yourself (or others). Some moron pulls in front of you and then you’re fucked. Brembos or not.

625 kit is $11gs

Basically it’s a RWD RS4 lol… Mods seem similarly priced and performance with the blower is also very very similar…

Wow, those prices have come down a lot. I remember being at a car show 1-2 years ago and the blower kit was ~$25k for just the blower component and tune, stock motor and no bolt ons included. I’d seen some others priced around that point as well at the time.

Kinda like the APR pricing on the RS4 blower though possibly. Used to be sky high and now it’s a pretty good deal.

Agreed, if we didn’t have our deserted test track we wouldn’t be doing it as often as we do…

I pulled a low 8 second 60-130 in the ESS-VT625 M3 with bolt ons on 93 which should be a good run for a JHM Blown RS4…
