Almost 27? I always assume 26. Good to know.
^ its 0.8 extra pounds from brake dust, wheel weights and valve stem cap.
Could be …they’re dirty as fk
Nice, really impressive for stockers. Most expensive trendy wheel brands come in at this range. ADV.1, Vossen…why people spend so much fucking money on them doesn’t make sense to me ???
To notice a good improvement over these I think you need to go to <21lbs per corner
That’s pretty heavy, I suppose shaving 5 pounds per corner isn’t worth the hassle when you’re designing a two ton sedan

Ps I hAve that same scale lol.
Actually your scale looks newer
The 19" wheels from BBS weigh about 25 lbs and the lightweight OZ’s are around 24-25 also, so not much savings over stock: http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/results.jsp?filterSize=All&filterFinish=All&filterBrand=All&filterWeight=W_22_25&autoMake=Audi&autoModel=RS4&autoYear=2007&autoModClar=&sort=Brand&filterNew=All&filterSpecial=false
Those are pretty skinny though farmer, and are the wrong offset.
The chr is a great option though.
Oem rs4 9jx19 et 29
Chr 8.5x19 et32
Thos means running a 275 is out… And it means you will be 9mm more tucked than stock rs4. The rs4 already needs 10mm spacers to look best so you would need 20mm spacers on those ch
Here is a great thread started about various wheels and how much they weigh. Notice how much all of the bbs wheels weigh. It’s crazy how much people throw down for them.
Cast BBS wheels aren’t very exceptional when it comes to weight. Overpriced in comparison to other cast technology wheels, but the fit/finish are better…just not 2-3 times better. BBS forged wheels are in a different league. BTW, BBS forged line wheels are the only ones that come with gold printing on the caps but many people swap them around.
this was funny. The Chinese replica companies don’t really worry much about the rules lol.
BBS wheels are just generally insanely expensive. Popular so that makes sense.
The lightest wheels I’ve seen are the SSRs and Volks (that I’ve seen) and they’re reasonably priced. Volk TE37 looks great, and are like 18 lbs for 19" wheels. 16-17 lbs for most of the 18" sizes. Not sure anything will beat that unless it’s a track only magnesium wheel for $8000/set.
Bolt patterns can be a bit funky on those. A great LW option though would be Volk TE37 19x9 ET15/20 in gunmetal. Would be 18 lbs or so…and looks solid.

No kidding, just mentioning how BBS handles it.
Yeah the Volk TE37s are probably at the top of my list for favorite lw rims that don’t cost the same price as the supercharger kit did. However, for the price, the Enkei RPF1s are by far the best priced lw rims. The 18x8 version of the wheels only weigh in at 17.8lbs per wheel and they’re only $1200 for the set. For less than an extra lb of savings per wheel, the Volks are around $3200 for the set. Not the worst price ever, but still $2000 more. I’m not sure how much the Enkei 18x9s weigh but I’m sure JimmyBones can step in here and let us know as I believe he has a set. Also, saki, wouldn’t the Volk 19x9s be around 20lbs? Still epic as far as the weight savings goes for that size.
You guys are missing the lightest and nicest wheel.
19 x 8.5 = 16 lbs
19 x 10 = 17.5 lbs
These will be my next set of summers dropping another 7 lbs per corner over the 24lb forgestars. S5 stockers are heavy at 29lbs each!

What are the load ratings of these super light wheels? We don’t drive 2800lb Hondas.
yeah those are super light if that’s accurate.
I bet that’s for bitch offset though. Like ET50. You need ET 20

lol, these are forged and marketed toward Porsche’s and Lambo’s ~$700 per wheel

ya…i wonder if you could special order the 19x10s in ET 30 or 19x8.5 in ET 20
Yeah those are definitely light as fuck. Where did you find them for $700/wheel? Tirerack.com has them for about twice that price.
What’s with the LOL? Those cars are also much lighter. Closer to Hondas than most Audi’s.
http://m.rennlist.com/rennforums/showthread.php?t=677229
415kg/wheel front, 625kg/wheel rear
~4500lbs total with zero cornering forces. Not suitable for Audi’s IMO.
The Porsche guys (with much lighter cars than yours) don’t seem very comfortable with the load rating.
Is “$700/wheel” suppose to magically make them stronger than their posted load rating?
