This sounds like the same shit just a different day. Can we not just all get along?
Not even sure what ppl are arguing about. Mr Saki no doubt added a JHM exhaust and went faster…is there something wrong with that. I think not.
Based on what I have read it does seem like JHM has the best tune as well. Are there any out there in the US that are better?
Based on the sheeit talk on AZ and here…if you dont like JHM not doing dynos to provide additional data…then sheeit dont buy their products. It is pretty simple.
We know the flyingpotato no doubt has the baddest RS4 on da East Coast…shit he has every mod imaginable and has dumped a sheeit load of money into it. I think Mr Meem has the baddest on the West Coast. I dont hate I congratulate these guys. Just like I think it is great that Mr Saki has improved his 1/4 mile time.
These are great times for the RS4 platform. What exactly are we trying to prove with this sheeit.
I think the only thing missing these days for the RS4 platform is Mick. You know we miss him.
Yeah, I tried to tell them that on the AZ thread…for some reason that just wasn’t acceptable to them
I’m pretty sure we have the baddest RS4 on the west coast
Sent from my S5
It is my opinion…but I doubt it. Also, it would depend upon your definition of baddest. Maybe fastest…
But when someone puts OEM ceramics, euro seats and APR SC onto their car. I call that pretty bad ass.
Also, Mr Meem for example…is a fanatic and his car is beyond Meem clean. I do not see a need to pay for the ceramics but can not hate on either of them for putting them on their car. Then add their suspension goodies and there are not many cars that are at that level. I did think afterwards that Kryptronics (always forget how to spell it) car is not far behind Mr Flyinpotato’s … his might even be better in some regards since his he is the original owner and he does have a killer brake setup as well.
There may be even some better RS4s out there that we dont know about bc they are not posting up on the boards.
My point is this…these cars are hawt and Mr Saki’s time are good too.
Still though we are missing Mr Mick or maybe not.
Nice new runs with Mistro! New pr?
Dan@JHM’s car is by far the ‘baddest’ RS4 on earth. It’s fucking Sprint Blue and ran 10s on pump. Those other cars can’t touch him. Meem? is his shit even running yet? It dyno’d 450 whp and runs stock frigging downpipes. Flying tomatoes with his monster truck pokey tires? He’s like the 7th fastest 4.2. Hell he’s not even top 3 APR 4.2. Hardly the baddest on the east or any coast unless poor wheel/tire choices are ‘bad’. THen he wins. I like how he just put $10,000 brakes on his street car to shave 10 lbs. That should be fun to watch. He has a familiar body, the facial hair and the idiocy. He has the self-important ‘buy performance’ modification strategy, and rampages against the 1 company supporting the 4.2 RS4, for literally NO reason. Mick didn’t go anywhere…he’s right there reincarnated in Red!
Anyway, there’s a mean as hell Daytona Grey car from Detroit that would eat fried red tomatoes for breakfast.
Come on Swesna. You’ve been playing with Porsches too long.
what’s a pr?
personal record
9 page shit show all over a single exhaust system… only on Audi forums :
I like the funny Mick did not go anywhere … he has just been reincarnated in Red.
I do not agree with paying all that money for Ceramics…IMO it is a waste of $$ but if they got em and want to spend them all good.
You are correct. I have been spending my $$ on Porsches. I have three now…the latest one was purchased end of last year. 98 C2S with all the fun mods…basically turn key from Cali.
I will be doing some mods to the RS4 this summer though. After driving the C2S which has LWFW etc…I feel my RS4 is sloppy in the drive train. Will be focused on fixing that up first.
I am certain Meem’s car is running well. Also, he is a good guy who does not post up any BS at all unlike the FlyinPotato. Mr Potato is no doubt trying to start some internet drama.
Again – If you dont like the stats JHM provides…dont buy their products it is pretty simple.
It’s funny the ceramics are seemingly a big waste over here but I don’t think they’re always a terrible purchase depending where you are.
You can resell them for a BIG portion of what you paid if you ever sell the car, and the rotors likely will still have loads of life.
You shave a pretty big amount of rotating weight over stock.
Guys in the UK are always buying used RS4s with ceramics and parting them out in exchange for regular RS4 Brembos . There’s a solid aftermarket demand.
Buying them here though might be ridiculously expensive and far fewer people seem to want them. Buying new ones means you just spent a couple-few grand to save a few pounds of rotating mass, and for daily driving your brakes are now worse. That makes no sense.
If someone was desperate to eek out acceleration gains, as flying tomatoes seems to be due to his disappointing 1/4 mile times in epic da, they might make sense.

Found an ancient link during a google search and had to respond.
This is still one of the greatest responses in a thread I have ever seen. Hope you are doing well Saki…
Lots of great threads on here. Always good to have a bump. saki FTW

This is so…It seems everyone is still going to the track. This season I am going to remember to post her as there must be a reason why I hit this link for the first time in 3 years…Cheers!
Still got the benz or something new.
The Benz is gone - I am now in a 2018 BMW M550ix - lease for 3 years. Love the car - for the price difference between the new M5 - it’s super solid and a much more lux car than the true M’s/R’s and AMG’s. I’ve only taken it to the track a few times, but it has been consistent with 12.2 to 12.1’s at 115-117 MPH. That said - I’m trying not to race this car as I have to give it back lol…
That’s creazy fast for a stock car and that’s a big car too.
